$VLCN What is their Stag per month production rate right now? 2? 3? Let’s say they can ramp up to 5 and all 5 sell immediately. That’s 60 Stags a year. That is $3.12M revenue per year. They currently lose about $10-$12M per quarter. How can they make that add up? Ramp up production? Well that will ramp up expenses as well. If you want to know why this is worth very little, try estimating what it would take to breakeven.

$VLCN FYI, I called a bunch of dealerships in the US that did not have the stag on their websites (not even coming soon) and several of them said they've sold multiple units on pre-order but have yet to receive the inventory. Every one of the dealerships said Volcon has always been a pleasure to work with and have no worries about anything.

It might take months before they have anything substantial in the pipeline to present. We know that John Kim tries to restructure the company and his plan, but how long will it take to turn it around? Just speculating

$VLCN I found the answer to my own question "how did they do that?" As of 2023 June, the insiders and the 5% shareholders altogether owned CLOSE to 50% of voting power. So perhaps that explains how Volcon WAS able to pass the R/S vote? But this time: The GOOD: The retails owns SUBTANTIALLY MORE voting power than the insiders The BAD: Large 5% shareholders bailed, and the insiders all sold quite a bit of their shares and owned virtually nothing now.

$VLCN EV‘s cost a fortune to repair I will bet the government backtrack on EV’s. They are extremely expensive to make every car that sold loses money. Hertz car rentals is trying to get rid of their entire fleet.

In my experience all companies that trade in the sub dollar range have an RS in there back pocket for listing requirements/reasons. They have moved the meeting and voting date out (May 17th to the 28th) so that could be good; maybe we'll get there organically.
If we're not above $1 though don't expect them to wait long on the RS; I've seen it be used the day of the vote! Which is now a Tuesday.
