$CEAD ….so they requested a hearing with Nasdaq which will stay their delisting on 4/18 and the 8k suggested that at the hearing they will be asked to provide a plan to regain compliance and a commitment to effect a reverse split, if necessary.

$CEAD "The Company disclosed via SEC Form 8K, on December 18, 2023, that Proposal 3 was not approved in the Annual Meeting. However, after discussion with Nevada legal counsel to the Company, it has been determined that Proposal 3 was in fact approved in the Annual Meeting under the State of Nevada law pursuant to a generally unpublished statutory revision that was adopted in May 2023." So now the R/S was actually passed and the nasdaq listing is saved.

$CEAD honestly i was wondering how the company dismissed the r/s and passed the directors in the first place. But sure they spoke to legal consultant and they told them different whatever they want to say to shake people put of shares. Can we just get a reverse merger done and close this sham up? I want them to cite that statuary provision.

$CEAD ok i have another question about wtf is going on here? In tge last offering in 2022 company says outstanding shares is just under 8 million. Now we are at 8.21 million shares out according to broker. So my question is... Did some short excercise warrants @ $5 to cover their position?
