$VGTL On May 14, 2024, Green Stream Holdings, Inc. (“Seller”) entered into a Common Stock Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) with VGTL, Inc. (the “Buyer”). Under the terms of the Agreement, Seller agreed to sell to the Buyer all of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock (the “Shares”) of Green Rain Solar Inc., a Wyoming corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Seller (the “Company”). In consideration for the purchase of the Shares, the Buyer agreed to assume certain liabilities in the form of $400,000 Accounts Payable.

$WBD - Warner Bros. saw a common gap up this Thursday, starting the day with a 2.87% rise from the previous close of $9.40 to an open of $9.67. Traders have already capitalized on this movement, as the gap has been 100% backfilled, with the current price hovering at $9.53. Given that the gap has been filled, the odds of the gap filling today, which were at 80%, are now in the past, and the focus shifts to the likelihood of similar movements in the next five days, sitting at 77%. $VGTL Shareholders need some sort of communication this feels like some sort of time loop we keep repeating the same thing over and over a new CEO takes over and then nothing repeat new CEO takes over and then nothing and so on and so on I am thinking that’s VGTel business plan keep repeating the same BS.
