$TLIS In this for either a liquidation or a reverse merger. Tons of cash on the balance sheet and they laid off 90% of the employees so cash burn should be minimal going forward. Also Baker Brothers own all of the preferred and 1/3 of the common. Very low tradeable float. $TLIS This one is cheap. I like the value. Only issue I'm having is putting a value on possible lawsuit settlement. Company is being sued by IPO investors and trial date is set for February 2rth,2025. Curious if this will affect sale process.

$TLIS such an under the radar name. Spread is too wide for day traders to play. Need liquidity. It’s still less than 900K float Baker bros and Greenlight owning more than 70% scare the pump and dump scammers away. I do not believe this has ever gone up/down more than 30% in a day which was when they announced strategic alternatives in November 2023. Will it be different with strategic moves going forward?

Covid failure for Baker bros. Now they need to recover $300 million. Not a pocket change. Remember Baker has cash that need to put into work after $SGEN acquisition. @ReactionAction you should compare what those companies net cash are at the point of announcement because that's their currency to effect a deal and get a good price split on valuation with the newco.......fwiw $TLIS is in the top 5% of net cash positions and is not on the radar of a lot of deep value specialists because of the preferred share class complexity and how they worded their initial press release
