$STAL they signed the term sheets few months back and now finally about to sign the rest of the $25M-$40M real LOC documents after all the reviews and resolving the issues that caused the delay. Note that term sheet was just a non-binding letter of intent for the loans. Anytime now!

$STAL There was one more $0.0034 trade for 32600. That was all me too. I really think I was the only real resistance there. Most of those other (possibly fake algo bids) disappeared later. Lowering bids, let's see what happens. Is no one here still adding?

$STAL OK. There were 3 trades so far today at $0.0034 for 85k total shares. All of them were my buys. But there are almost 2M in bids at that price. Statistically that's extremely improbable. Anyone else have $0.0034 bids out there? I'm thinking maybe those bids aren't even real.

$STAL good luck to all you longs. I'm officially out. I was long and strong for some time, but $STAL continues to play too many games. $STAL doesn't deserve faithful shareholders. My opinion, move on and away from this company, as I believe they will continue to play games. Don't have time for that.

@ElmerFUD3 Keystone is getting 3,774,588 shares (1M + 500k + 2,274,588) up front & giving $STAL $500k. Once per week STAL can force Keystone to buy between $20k & $75k worth of shares (at a 15% discount) til the remaining $71,225,412 are gone. STAL can only sell if SP is at least $0.01. STAL has a minimum of another $600k coming (at a penny). But that would be $60M at $1. It benefits both parties massively if SP is higher. STAL gets more cash. Keystone surely wants to cash out that 15% discount, which is easier to do when it's a smaller % of outstanding shares. BOTH sides have massive incentives to pump here.

$STAL anyone else notice that Keystone cannot make purchases under the ELOC if the purchase price is less than $0.01? The purchase price is 85% of the average closing price over five trading days. Share price is currently at $0.0033. Seems problematic to say the least. Also, let's say that the purchase price of the Puts is 85% of $0.033 (today's price) (which we all know it won't be after Keystone resells its shares into the market as the price will go down), that means that if all 75,000,000 shares are sold, its a measly $210,375 for the Company. After legal and accounting fees are paid, how much will this even net the Company (assuming they are ever able to get the purchase price over $0.01)?
