$SSNT what happened to this stock? Made some money playing this from 1 to 7 and 3 to 10, but cannot see how it went over 200? Reverse split I assume? Might consider taking a small entry but are they dumping shares?

$SSNT Out with big profits …. Told everyone , over and over it would head down towards $10 …I said the following 6 days ago: I said the following one month ago and it still holds true right now, but now there are EVEN MORE SHARES TO BE DUMPED after this second private offering: As spelled out in the deal … “the Purchase Agreements provides that the Company has agreed to register the resale of the Shares and the Warrant Shares. The Company is required to use commercially reasonable efforts to file a registration statement with the SEC covering the resale by the Investors of their Shares and the Warrant Shares within 15 business days following the closing of the Private Placement.” AMAZING that stock price is still this high because retail investors are piling in now. They will suffer soon. Since there is no lockup period, 15 days after the closing, the buyers will dump those 382.9 million shares they bought at $9.14, FOR HUGE PROFITS and thus drive the stock down bigtime towards $10 !!!

$SSNT OMG, these retail buyers today have no clue what will happen to them in the next 15 days upon registration for insiders to unload !!! They are buying something that has only 660,000 shares today, BUT LOOK AT THE FOLLOWING COMPANY STATEMENT made for the private placement: "On a fully diluted basis, following the closing and giving effect to the conversion of the Company’s 1.0 million outstanding shares of preferred stock and the exercise of the 219.0 million outstanding warrants issued with its preferred stock (assuming cash exercise), as well as the exercise of the pre-funded warrants sold in the prior private placement financing, the Company will have approximately 889.4 million outstanding shares of common stock." OMG, when the dumping is all over, this will be heading down to the $10 area !!!!

$SSNT @howardlindzon @BruniCharting Hey guys, this should be QXO, Bradley Jacob’s new company. It’s showing under SSNT, which still retains its same ticker but is a spinoff from QXO at this point. Any chance you could fix this? I’m sure you both know Bradley Jacobs is one of the best serial entrepreneurs so I imagine this will have a lot of traffic. Appreciate your help and support in advance. You both do an incredible job in your respective positions.

$SSNT BJ stated $1B in sales year one and $3B+ in sales after a few years. It’s not a great margin business and all about efficiency. So even if you apply a 5x price to sales in year one you get $5B with a decent amount of cash on the books. $5B with 341.6M float of shares = $14.63/share.
