$SNAX Averaging $2.44 now. Probably could have sold at $1.80 and bought back in to have a much lower average, but whatever. At least I don't have to worry about including those losses on my taxes, and hopefully I'll get to take advantage of long term gains tax rate instead. 😉

$SNAX Next they need to regain Nasdaq compliance. Some positive press releases seemed to have brought in tons of volume recently, so maybe announcing compliance will shake things up.

$SNAX One more thing... On the EC they were asked "how much cash will be needed to get to profitability".... (Only one analyst called in) They indicated $10m was the target. Ironically, with the warrant conversion down the road, they will be close at approx $8.5m (The $2.9m raise included). Yet, they admitted that sales somewhere between $9-10m per Q would be needed to keep them in the black and profitable. They also admitted that although Q4 should also show 100% YoY improvement, that they hoped for up to $7m in sales.... last Q was $5.7m They have a long way to go and more money to hemorrhage over the next couple of Q's to get to even $9m EC was long on platitudes, and short on figures... another warning sign. My favorite: ...we're always thinking of the shareholder first... to be tossed on the heap with last years "we're being good stewards of capital"

$SNAX I find it odd that they didn't include Cash on Hand in their press release so I went digging. The website still doesnt have the current quarter filing yet (go figure), but in the Q ended June 30 they had ~$2.95m on hand with $4.8m in receivables. They just announced a $3.1m net loss for Q ended Sept 30. So they used up all the cash on hand, plus some recvbls. So the Cap raise essentially staved off insolvency and bought a quarter....and possibly the same predicament at years end. Thats a lot of jerky they need to sell.... Also, why didn't they give Q4 guidance or beyond for that matter? For some reason, they never tell the whole story...just what they want you to hear. House of Cards

$SNAX Still a shyt show... Other expenses of $2.5m.... $.3m for interest on the remaining "bridge" notes issued in April 2023 (which was better YoY compared to the $.9m from Q3 2023) but now they paid $2.2m on the NEW bridge notes...."The remaining difference is primarily attributable to interest expense on new convertible bridge notes put in place during the current year period." So the $16m debt due on Dec 31 just cost you another $2.2m to roll over. (and the cap raise was for $2.9m) The 3.76m shares sold went with 2 warrants a piece with an exprice of 79 cents each, essentially yet again adding ~ 7.34m new shares for $5.72m when exercised. So they more than doubled the current share count with the new offering, and will double them again with the sweetheart warrants later to ~14.4m total shares... quadrupling yesterdays share count for total capital gain of ~$8.6m which is just over the $7.9m net loss incurred for the 9mo ending -OR- just over half of the $16m in convert notes outst.

$SNAX New filing 424B3 by Stryve today. Between all the S-1 and S-1/A forms and now this one, I am confused on what they're actually offering, because this one says 370,000 shares.

$SNAX New S-1/A filing today. Looks like they're only planning to sell 3,481,086 shares now instead of 10,897,435? So a lot less dilution but also less cash. As a long term investor, I am bit conflicted because it's nice to not get diluted as much, but the company also needs the money.
