$AEI Here again disinformation of world size you just have to look at Equity $79.42M which mainly consists of their shareholding in worthless stolen shares in subsidiaries such as Alset Singapore, $DSS, $HWH, $SHRG, Hapi Metaverse Inc,. LiquidValue Development Inc. $Value Exchange International, Inc ect because all these shares are flagged as toxic for the professionals. The only way to get these garbage shares up is to trade in your own shares and hope that some fools think that the share has been punished enough, and thus get caught.

I suspect they will merge the other 'flop' company $SHRG with $HWH the bungling hand puppet of Chan CEO is CEO of both companies. I don't see other possibilities happening anytime soon.

And with that $125 million, Alset buys Chan's personal worthless made-up car company. So in the end, Chan is the only winner ($125million)and the HWH and Alset investors are the losers.

@teslatera @Taomar If you want a few more existing listed examples, you have to be quick because eventually they will die a silent death. There are several listed stocks around the world that Chan has sucked to the bone from Australia to Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore, Israel, most of which no longer exist or were taken over after Chan stole the majority. He had also tried to defraud the Swiss stock exchange with Credas Capital, but they kindly kicked him out. There are also existing listed shares where Chan somehow had his thieves' fingers that are also worth virtually nothing anymore: Amarantus Bioscience. Here are 2 examples where Chan had his thieving fingers. that are still listed in America but are actually dead.. $HIPH and $RBCL, not to mention $SHRG

$HWH $DSS $AEI $SHRG @Taomar HWH is a split/spin-off 'company' of the scammer gang led by CHAN heng Fai. In order to squeeze out new victims, they have introduced a fictitious subsidiary on the stock exchange. Initially they were going to do something in real estate, but that was changed to spinning off this worthless subsidiary, with the result that every sensible investor asked for his investment back. So the stock market introduction price was $10+ which quickly dropped to under a dollar. At first the scammers thought that everyone would fall for the scam and that the scammers would cash out $125 million, but everyone has asked for their money back and the original parent company still has +/- 80% of the shares. The 'new ' CEO of $HWH is also the CEO of $SHRG which burned $30 million from $DSS which was also ripped off by $AEI look at the stock prices now and then and keep in mind that there was another reverse split not long ago at $DSS and $AEI.
