About Boston Beer Company, Inc. (The)

The Boston Beer Company, Inc produces and sells alcohol beverages primarily in the United States. The company's flagship beer is Samuel Adams Boston Lager. It offers various beers, hard ciders, flavored malt beverages, and hard seltzers under the Samuel Adams, Twisted Tea, Truly, Angry Orchard, Dogfish Head, Angel City, and Coney Island brand names. The company markets and sells its products to a network wholesaler in the United States, as well as wholesalers, importers, or other agencies that in turn sell to retailers, such as grocery stores, club stores, convenience stores, liquor stores, bars, restaurants, stadiums, and other e-commerce retail outlets. It sells its products in Canada, Europe, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, the Caribbean, the Pacific Rim, Mexico, and Central and South America. The Boston Beer Company, Inc. was founded in 1984 and is based in Boston, Massachusetts.

$SAM Boston Beer reports Q1 EPS $1.04, consensus (1c) Reports Q1 revenue $452.2M, consensus $413.2M. Depletions were flat and shipments increased 0.9%. "We were pleased to see flat depletion trends in the first quarter and to deliver revenue growth," said Chairman and Founder Jim Koch. "We remain committed to investing across our portfolio of brands to drive long-term revenue growth while also expanding our margins. Our highly cash generative business and strong balance sheet has enabled us to repurchase $65 million in shares year-to-date and will fuel our 2024 investments."

@SalTheStockBroker143 When Tilray Brands straight up dominates the THC infused drink market on a global scale, people will then understand the strategy. Look at $SAM , same type of execution with brands like Twisted Tea. The beverage side could literally outdo the retail flower side. It's definitely a possibility in my opinion. Massive market.
