@Jackbad88 basically there is this cranky old asshole names Marc Cohodes. He is a short seller that has a vendetta against certain stocks. $TRUP used to give its customers a subscription to a newspaper call Canine Review but they cancelled it and that pissed him off, so he shorted the stock and all his hedgefund buds keep trying to drive the price down. He put the pressure on the company to get an in depth audit to check their annual numbers so the gave preliminary numbers but are still reviewing. The guy is insane and he is losing his ass over at $RILY right now. He has been accusing them of fraud and the SEC basically told him he is wrong.

@1daytrader123 @Benjitradescrypto Here’s what you’re not understanding though… Technicals may be helpful for determining overbought/oversold levels, potential pullbacks, etc assuming a stock’s price has been moving naturally and not experienced and price manipulation (in the past 4 months $RILY has been on Reg SHO’s Threshold list twice for a total of 6 weeks, the CTB has been upwards of 160% at times, FTDs crossed 1mm shares last month, and they continue shorting). Given that scenario, your technicals are about as useless as Michael J Fox’s measuring cups
