$QTMM I understand the company has a receivable from Pasaca Capital for $17+/- million and owes them a balance of $8 million+/-. BTW the bankruptcy is survivable if the creditor would renegotiate their current judgement that has forced the company into bankruptcy? Any thoughts or confirmation please? rod

@Superwomanesq I'm not a lawyer, but I'd think if any of QMC's potential income streams were to happen they could avoid bankruptcy or at least go through Ch 11 and reorganize as something more sustainable, I don't know what the rules are if you pull the trigger on bankruptcy then get the assets to pull back. in the July 16th filing https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/54036697/Quantum_Materials_Corp they show potential assets of a $1.2M note from QMC Health and that they are suing Pasaca for $7.0M (or $14.2M?) $QTMM

$QTMM so I know for a fact, through my conversations with Stephen that they were very close to selling some of the tech for QMC Health, or potentially licensing it. The testing periods for the tech were over in June. If they were to secure the contracts and get enough money to pay the claim, the bankruptcy would go away right?

@thedoc02 @Crazybilly @Superwomanesq thanks Doc, and I'd guess that the holiday period of Nov/Dec doesn't help courts move faster, so I'm thinking this is not one to count as a zero yet this year, we'll have to wait for 2025 to see if anything emerges alive/reorganized. $QTMM

@Crazybilly @thedoc02 @Superwomanesq Doc, Pacer has a note that Chapter 11 plan is due Oct 23rd. Do you know how long it typically takes for a bankruptcy judge act on/adjust/approve that? Also Pacer shows QMC’s lawyer submitted Forms 202 and 206A/B on July 16th, which shows QMC owns 100% of QMC Health and Solterra, but shows value as unknown. Those could be the basis of the Chapter 11 reorganization you mentioned. $QTMM

@Crazybilly $QTMM I'm not a lawyer, but don't think it was a hearing, it was a filing deadline. See on Pacer that QMC's lawyer's submitted "Form 202 and 206AB" on July 16th. It does show they own 100% of QMC Health and Solterra with unknown value. There is also a note that Chapter 11 plan is due Oct 23rd.

@Superwomanesq $QTMM thanks I'm hoping something can be saved in a court-approved reorg that preserves the IP and allows them to reemerge one day, but I agree shareholders are in line behind everyone else the company owes money

@Superwomanesq @flaccidweenie @Crazybilly also very plausible, all guesses since investors get no info from QMC or Amber Lane, if that is a real person. I'm on the team to wait for Q2/Q3 to see what they tell us on revenue and maybe retooling social media presence is part of the run-up to that, but would be nice if they put something out saying their social media would be off-line for a while, proof of life at least $QTMM

$QTMM Quite an interesting argument occurring on the $QTMM I-Hang board on whether QMC could be selling off QMC Health (QMCH) bit by bit to pay ongoing QMC operating expenses, since while unlisted they could do that without shareholders knowledge. @NickieG1 $QTMM I would not say it went under, it was de-listed, but it is still a company and if you own shares you still own part of QMC, they still show work ongoing at their facility, think if they can generate some revenue they could afford to get current and relist, maybe not on OTC, maybe via some other mechanism for trading shares. if you look at their website and LinkedIn page you see updates/changes. supposedly they don't want to reveal the great thing they are working on to protect the IP, hope that is right, all we have right now is hope
