If you study the $ASTS chart for 1 year to date from January - the stock drops from $4.46 HOD on the ASTS "offering announcement" and drifted lower into an "accumulation trough" for 3 months. Then on News and Volume gapped UP, not once, but twice. Compare the similar news for $LLAP on July 23, 2024 raising "$98 million dollars" in ATM and understand the Rivada Networks has a deadline to meet for the ITU.
