$PONGF Since Wade Rosen bought the CEO Leadership role & company from Frederic Chesnais in France with a few backdoor handshakes & cash, PONGF shares remain OTC listed in France. Why? It trades for pennies, even with IRATA LLC (not a clever backward spelling Wade) owning 51% or more of the shares! There's been nothing but positive news for 2+ years regarding Atari. But the share price has been decimated by noncompliance & mainstream media or public domains saying Atari's dead & washed up. But meanwhile, track the company news, & Atari moves. It's become the #1 or #2 acquisition & buyout target in the video game sector for a number of different obvious reasons. The Stock Market is asleep on Atari at .15 cents a share. At any time, Nintendo, Take-Two, EA, Unity Software, Microsoft, Netflix, Amazon, Google, Apple, Sony, Meta, Private Equity, or even IRATA LLC itself could announce a buyout, partnership, tender offer, & shares soar 500% or more. This is my opinion not financial advice.

$PONGF waiting for the big moment to return. One good game on telephone and that is it. I do not understand the strategy of inferior product plateform while there is a couple of billions phones in the hand of people… if not more… poor execution and weird startegy.

$PONGF So Take Two Interactive is laying off 550 employees and scaling back projects. Nearly 10,000 developers have lost jobs in the last year Industry wide. Hopefully Atari can get some of the best of them out there under a new roof. Thank you PowerDubs for the Yars Rising reboot news on Reddit

$PONGF No surprise here. Powerdubs is now down on the 2-3 buys allegedly made the last 2 years considering price is $0.10-$0.15 on April 16th, 2024. You're now like everyone else holding Atari, down. Wade Rosen continues stone cold silence for 3+ years since his purchase of Atari CEO role. Not a single shareholder letter, not a one shareholder tweet, no shareholder acknowledgement. Pure stock price manipulation, depreciation & disrespect having an American made company continue to be listed in France so that his French connections & IRATA LLC/insiders can load up until deciding otherwise. Fair? But let's sell Forest Scented candles, be silent, spend on acquisitions, & sell lots of clothing instead of creating what made Atari. Video games & innovative tech hardware. I remain bullish because of the legacy brand name, Wade's money, & because the floor at 0.00 is practically where we are, yet the ceiling is unlimited. One can be negative in opinion, while Bullish.

$PONGF IMO,an all-in-one PC/Gaming device/Video app streaming device for TV was an OBVIOUS great concept using Atari brand for VCS. HUGE Mistake not to include more SSD storage and Linux/Debian OS preloaded for PC mode rather than requiring USB stick. Also,ENABLE USERS TO WIN ATARI TOKENS FROM GAMING. I thought they were going to be doing this with the VCS from the start and can't believe how even the CEO does not see what I just described and how that could be a huge success. If Atari included the Linux/Debian OS preloaded for PC mode on the Atari VCS it would be the 1st time consumers could walk into a big box retail store and buy a Linux PC. Would get great word of mouth promotion from many Linux users for this alone.
