$PARA $PARAA Historically, both are equal (other than for voting vs nonvoting) and trade with only 3-4% premium for A voting except in the recent 4 months. While suitors express interest since last year, the A shares maintain support while B nonvoting shares are shorted to the moon. Will we finally see the gap between nonvoting B and voting A shares shrink back to the norm pre-Dec 2023? Surely, if bidders express their interest in one price for either A or B shares will we see this discrepancy shrink as it has always been except under recent times with suitors expressing interest in only some class of shares at the detriment of ALL shareholders. Shorts and manipulators will eventually close by selling A and buying B as their hedge breaks for new budders other than Skydance with different treatment per class leading to this nuance in stock price of about 1:2 below instead of about 1:1 historically.
