@ahulme Hi, Arthur. How was your holiday? from what you've posted about $OPP it sounds like a good deal if you'd already owned it. I don't, so I'll wait until after the rights offer is completed. Does it drip at a discount?

$OPP This dilution of NAV will disproportionately affect Common Stockholders who do not exercise their Rights. The Fund cannot state precisely the extent of this dilution if you do not exercise your Rights because the Fund does not know what the NAV per Common Share will be when the Offer expires, or what proportion of the Rights will be
exercised.

$OPP how much dilution will there be? Will find out soon… Common Stockholders who do not exercise their Rights will, at the completion of the Offer, own a smaller proportional interest in the Fund than if they exercised their Rights, which will proportionately decrease the relative voting power of those stockholders. Because the Subscription Price per Common Share may be below the NAV per Common Share on the Expiration Date, you will likely experience a reduction in the NAV per Common Share whether or not you participate in the Offer. In addition, whether or not you exercise your Rights, you will experience a dilution of NAV of the Common Shares because you will indirectly bear the expenses of this Offer, which include, among other items, SEC registration fees, printing expenses and the fees assessed by service providers.

$OPP for the preferred’s…
Term Redemption. The Fund is required to redeem all outstanding Series C Preferred Shares on December 1, 2027 (the "Term Redemption Date") at a redemption price equal to the Liquidation Preference, plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends, if any, on such shares (whether or not earned or declared, but excluding
interest on such dividends) to, but excluding, the Term Redemption Date. See
"Description of Series C Preferred Stock-Redemption-Term Redemption."

$OPP … The Board also believes that a larger number of outstanding Common Shares and a larger number of holders of common stock ("Common Stockholders") could increase the level of market interest in and visibility of the Fund, and improve the trading liquidity of the Fund's shares on the NYSE. $OPP The Board of Directors of the Fund (the "Board"), based on the recommendation of River North Capital Management, LLC (the "Adviser" or "RiverNorth"), the
Fund's investment adviser, and DoubleLine® Capital LP (the "Subadviser" or "DoubleLine"), has determined that it would be in the best interest of the Fund and its existing stockholders to increase the assets of the Fund so that the Fund may be in a better position to take advantage of investment opportunities that may arise
without having to reduce existing Fund holdings..

$OPP the RO subscription price should be around $8 which is 4-5% discount from CSP…
838 Thousand offered shares/ 23 Million outstanding shares = approx 4-5%
Doesn’t seem like there will be much dilution… we will see

$OPP CSP = 8.47 / 95% is 8.05 NAV = 9.27 / 90% is 8.35
So far the price on expiration date is approximately 8.35 x 2 + 10 = 26.70 for every 6 RO shares… mol

$OPP seems to want limited participation in RO is reason for RO notification of terms just days before cutoff and expiration… IMO… still have to be ready for dilution… I am thinking this could be worth it… especially if OPPPRC has $25 PAR and sells for $10… the common shares would be the risk

$CLM $CRF interesting RO in $OPP every 6 RO shares = 2 common shares and 1 share of new $OPPPRC 6% preferred’s for $10 which has $25 PAR… nontransferable RO shares… use em or lose em…
