$NVVE The stock was probably naked shorted for a while. There were relentless attacks in the past and Nuvve with ShareIntel found naked shorting. Imo, something fishy became apparent after the reverse split, when the stock was suddenly on the Nasdaq threshold list and the borrow fee jumped from 10 % to 350 %. Whatever was going on, since 1 month the shares on loan are going down again every day a LOT. Since yesterday, first time also borrow fee went down to 155 %. Looks like sellers are exhausted and unwinding their position. I hope that $2 buyers from the offering finally decide to push the stock. 9,6M of $ 2 warrants from the January offering expire, if they're not exercised within 9 months - so in Oct.

$NVVE still chilling at my .72 average 1st of 3 buys - haven’t pulled the trigger on a second buy because even with the market getting slaughtered last 2 weeks I’m still down less then 9% here - volume has remained low here which is good there is no conviction in these last few red days just down with the market and tsla - earnings and noncompliance chits out of the way - it’s sitting close to 70% below the $2 offering - large short cover coming soon IMO 🍺

$NVVE The post of Dozzer raises good points. Nuvve went public early but unlike other spacs they had a finished product and their software was qualified for the main school bus manufacturers as their partners. V2G isn't even their only business as they do grid services for normal fast chargers (Circle K), stationary batteries and microgrid. The idea to secure the market for school busses before competitors catch up was not very wrong. The MW under management would secure future revenue, when utilities are more ready. Then supply chain issues screwed the ESB market + capital markets for growth stocks crashed. This was bad luck. HUGE mistake then was not to secure funds from big investors, but stubbornly continue to raise money at pennies. Today, there are standardized V2G communication protocols, and charger companies slowly implement them. Nuvve operates automatically with AI calculating charger usage in advance. V2G is even a pre-condition to receive ESB charger grants in some states.

$NVVE a company that never should have gone public. 30 - 50 people. They don’t make the charger. They do have software but very few utilities are ready for V2G. The vehicles they are targeting are not ready for V2G. Interoperability issues. The signal for dispensing of the vehicle is an email. No software automation yet. Manual process is not good for logistic operations and scheduling vehicles for route changes.

$NVVE Surely there has to be a simple way for shareholders to get together and bring forth immediate vote on removal of CEO. Even if there is no known successor in mind at this time, just get rid of the parasite as soon as possible.
