How will you trade EV tickers like $DCFCQ + $NVVE ? I wait until H% is low for a reversal trade. The results prove again and again why I'll never change this strategy.

$NVVE Monday is the yearly assembly and Nuvve management seeks for renewal of their contract. Of course, no update before the meeting on their financial situation or business. Never seen a management that is both arrogant and imcompetent like this. Still beyond me how they screwed this up. Nuvve have only 5 m cash expense and announced deals. Shouldn't be difficult to be profitable. Even if not, they have the biggest energy provider worldwide (EdF) and car company (Toyota) as their shareholder and joint venture partners. Can't be difficult to get some money from there. And even if not, sell the company as the market price is a high multiple of the stock price. But they've chosen to do something else. Make an offering early 2024 with a multiple of their outstanding shares, not follow up with any revenue and tank the stock by 98 %. And now they try to convince institutions to invest money in their management skills. I hope they succeed, because of the great tech but they have no shame.

$NVVE Nuvve CEO and CFO financed the joint venture with WISE two weeks ago with convertible notes. Now two days ago, they also injected 500K into Nuvve via convertible notes. It must be repaid by October 31st. Looks like some kind of bridge loan until they get the equity investment they are looking for with Capello investment bank since May. Given the cash burn and shareholder assembly Sept. 9, a deal could be near. But nobody knows if they can get a deal on time and how it would look like. The tech is highly interesting for many big companies, but this amateur management very much not. $NVVE @chrisdafish Chris did you see this latest 8k? Seems like after destroying the shareholders that Greg and Robson are injecting their own funds to this new JV. Also supposedly getting a grant to fund the 1.5 mill cost. The promissory notes pay 17.5% to the same people that drove shareholder value to essentially zero for anyone that invested early. Let me know if I am missing something.
