$PEGY @ingv0017 Time to take a page out of $AGBA script. Get your friends and family involved and loan yourselves the money to get out of this mess. Management invest in your company. Get rid of the bad debt. I'm sure they understand they will get nothing if you fail. You have a viable company invoicing roughly $80M a year with massive growth potentials.

$PEGY finances are a tangled mess. In a span of 1-2 years, they’ve taken loans out on loans and need to make good on several engagements. It’s truly unbelievable, they’ve managed to get themselves into this mess in the first place. It was never going to work. Three entities throw $30 million together to fund the company with a looming debt that can’t possibly be paid back unless they increase more bad debt or dilute common shareholders. So thankful diluting is not an option after the special shareholders meeting and practically any finance lender can see how they can’t meet their current obligations. There’s probably not much to gain at this point for them because the cow has been milked. They won’t be able to pay off their 2024 -Q2 obligations with the current cash on hand. It’s not until the 10k comes out that we see what’s happening. All the financiers, PIPE members, and preferred shareholders already know way before retail.
