@harrypotter1234 @Surferess you are talking nonsense. If you are referring to the “shelf registration” filed yesterday, that is a generic pre-authorization for future sales,of bonds or stocks, and does not indicate any actual, current or planned sale of securities. There is no dilution. $NOW

$NOW filed 15 minutes ago for a mixed shelf offering of undisclosed size, meaning they are clearing the way for either a bond issuance or a secondary. Interesting timing, filing it during the analyst day event. That’s why the stock is down $3 AH, but I don’t think it will turn out to be a negative.

$NOW notice the “Financial Analyst Day” event takes place Monday in Las Vegas and begins at 1:30pm PT (4:30pm ET). Therefore all of the event, including any new product disclosures or other substantive announcements, will take place after the close of trading on Monday. So we may have to wait until Tuesday to see any positive reaction in the stock.

$NOW analyst day on Monday, usually an opportunity to tell a good story, unveil technologies, upgrade guidance, etc. I will be very surprised if we aren’t 725-730 by Tuesday.
