$NNDM 3 companies going bankrupt soon ($VLD, $DM and $MKFG). The vacuum left by those is enormous and ready to be scooped up by a very well capitalized company by the name of Nano Dimension. Time is on our side no matter how you look at it. Patience is key.

$MKFG CC has no upper hand, they are in the weakest possible position one can be in getting this far. They have 1 claim, that's it. they arent viable as a company themselves. $MKFG CC has the upper hand now in negotiating royalties. CC could demand 10% annual royalties and threaten suing for an injunction, that could stop mkfg from selling machines named in lawsuit, if mkfg doesn't comply. DM did exactly that to another company. I think Gregory Mark knew for a long time that mkfg would lose this suit, and that's why he left the company. Anybody closely following the case has known mkfg would most likely lose. Mark even vacated his board position.

$MKFG @Whatever2020 you are so full of it. CC's patents are crap, their company is crap and after all that they had only 1 claim upheld lol. MKFG is going to appeal, there is nothing set in stone. $DM lost their suit because it was frivolous just like this and the fact is $DM is most definitely infringing on 1 or more patent claims across their stack. When frivolous nonsense is allowed to persist, it doesnt do the industry as a whole any good, thus the current state.

@RRJ00699 Sold my position in $MKFG months back. Was hard to read what the court would/will decide. Pretty sure they will appeal. Other things to invest in without this mess. Could be a buyout candidate IF an interested party thinks they can solve the issue (for business moving forward) and can see complete resolution to the legal issues. Still... staying away. I doubt $NNDM would be interested in this.

$MKFG Continuous Composites is going to sue for royalties going forward, and they will obviously win because of their 2012 patent "claim 4" that is clearly being violated. This will be an unfortunate drag on MKFG. After this ruling, MKFG will certainly be doing a reverse split next month to avoid delisting. I was hoping for a better court outcome, but CC's patent is too tight.

$MKFG jury had it half right at least, that is pegged at what i thought the max would be, in 15-17M not sure its worth appeal, they should have just acquired CC as CC is worth 50M max, CC is going to die on the vine and ultimately they have no place in the market.

$MKFG MKFG lost on these points in the "Markman Hearings" in 2023, and when that happens stats say that 70% of the time you will lose in the jury trial, and they did. There was no way they were going to walk away unscathed based on the actual facts. Continuous Composites filed their patent before MKFG which covered the points MKFG lost. It's that simple. This is why i sold all my shares months ago.

$MKFG should run up next week after markforged wins frivolous lawsuit with continuous composites. gregory mark testimony will prove valuable and it should be an easy win as it was when they won the case with DesktopMetal, also a frivolous case. his testimony kinda sealed the deal, it only takes one jury member to be a thinking person to clear this hurdle
