$SIRI $LSXMB If $SIRI undergoes a 10:1 reverse split and then merges with LSXMB at a 1:1 ratio, and I've heard that $SIRI holders will receive the difference in cash between $LSXMB. If that's the case, wouldn't short holders have to pay dividends in cash to us for the short shares they hold? If I'm correct, Liberty Media, which owns 83% of the shares, wouldn't lose anything. Am I understanding this setup correctly? If so, wouldn't this trigger a short squeeze? 20% of the float is currently shorted... Please let me know if i am wrong?

$SIRI $LSXMK $LSXMA $LSXMB so we know these stocks will go 10-1 but does anyone know the new price yet? The price gap between these three LSX and SIRI is quite large. The post “merger” price as it stands for the LSX stocks will be roughly $230. Meanwhile the SIRI price will be $35. How would the new price be anything less than the other three LSX stock prices? Also, there are a flurry of high strike calls for SIRI (see 7/19 $10 for 56k!). If I’m reading the wall correctly, any SIRI owner should get a MASSIVE bump in equity, even if it’s at a 1/3 or the LSX price. What am I missing?

$LSXMK I do not make too many pure 'trades', but the math here (and for $LSXMA/$LSXMB) is that when the tracking stocks and $SIRI unite later this year, each LSXMK share receives 8.6 shares of SIRI. As of today, 8.6 x SIRI's stock price of $5.46 = ~$47, a 59% premium. SIRI would need to fall to $3.50 for LSXMK to be priced correctly, and significantly below that for serious risk of impairment. Seems like an incredible risk/reward
