@THAMBI24 You don't get anything additional holding $SIRI. If you hold $LSXMA you get 8.4 shares if SIRI for every LSXMA share. This will go back up. Just games bring played at present. Buffet would not be buying a loser.

It’s definitely not an arbitrage trade (they would need to short roughly 15 million shares of $SIRI if it were). At this rate, they mine as well buy the whole company!
