@albert72 It worked for GE but took a breakup for the big push up. This at least moves it out f penny stocks, plus merger with $LSXMA pending. Then there's an investor named Buffet.

$LSXMK $SIRI @GalacticFiskerShip $LSXMA There is no tax break, it's a tax advantage. There is a very big difference in the eyes of the law. It's also stated that there can be no guarantees the IRS may disagree. This is why I own both. Tax advantage means the distributed SIRI shares at 8.4 have a value equal to tradable SIRI so its expected that the gain will be negated because you invested in the same exact SIRI shares via a different vehicle. Go read the SCHED14A for details. Tax break means special treatment at point of sale which is NOT the case.

$LSXMA wowzer, 4 more trading days before the deal goes thru. LSXMA should go up about 3 bucks if SIRI just stays where it is....and it is going up too! And people wonder why Buffett likes it. Looks like a no-brainer to me.

$SIRI $LSXMA Why would Sirius open up a technology center in Ireland if they dont offer Sirius radio in cars or on phone apps in Ireland or anywhere in Europe? Do you think Sirius is trying to tell us something about the future? I am guessing they are.
