$LOTZ $SFTGQ can someone explain to me what happened?

User Image blackhatcapitalnews Posted - 3 months ago

@Runningwitdabulls @Futurelooper007 It is all about the laws of ratios, lol. Do you remember me? I sold $LOTZ pre split around $3 I think. Really hurt to do that at the time, my average was around $8. I guess i got lucky. Michael Bor was a lying pos, like many CEO's that went public via spac. I had my own trash which was WISH, though covered calls helped, we all had at least one. Just depends on how much you invested percentage wise with your portfolio.

$VRM lost my ass on $LOTZ and $SFTGQ and they had a better balance sheet. Get out while you still can. There is no way they survive and all of a sudden they declare bankruptcy with plenty of road map ahead and you're fucked.

@MmmGoodCoffee @bosefious It is going to depend on investors rising & raising up their voices. Some committed lawyers will eventually listen & do a pro bono service. Investors need to get their hard earned dollars back from both $SFT and $LOTZ. $LOTZ should not be allowed to go off the hook! That is the only way to send a strong message to all the folks in the stock marketplace. These CEOs appear to be looting from innocent investors through dubious means and have done so for far too long! Till when?

User Image PeePincher Posted - 6 months ago

@JTonelli I am not selling my shares. If the share price goes to zero, I still must have the total number of shares under my belt intact. We can then go from there. But to sell at a huge loss, nah! I am not selling! Period. The share price can go to zero; thats fine. Or the company gets liquidated, thats fine too. But my total number of shares must remain intact to make a case. It was my bank rep that advised me to invest through a brokerage linked to it. If all goes down, I want my initial investment amount to $LOTZ, refunded & I move on to the next. But to sell & incur huge loss and have nothing in my hand to argue my case, I ain't doing it!! Thats it!

User Image PeePincher Posted - 6 months ago

@JTonelli There is something stupid going on with $SFTGQ; now, if the company gets delisted on the 19th, does that not mean it will automatically go over the counter? This voluntary liquidation is just plainly stupid. Failing to sell used cars in America, moreover on the Internet, is hilarious! Amazon was started in a basement; the company is now controlling the World. $SFTGQ and $LOTZ merged, combining their wealth into millions but a year down the road they are voluntarily liquidating? In China some folks would have gotten hanged for corruption! How can they fail? There are thousands of used car dealers allover the place. They could have populated the marketplace $SFTGQ wanted to put up but did not despite having millions of dollars! How dumb can it get? Incredulous stuff!

$SFTGQ I remember when this guy, Zack Morris pumped $LOTZ when it was still at 10$. Now he’s in jail.

$TTOO Monday it was $SFTGQ and $LOTZ that went bankrupt. In the next couple of weeks it will be TTOO.

User Image PeePincher Posted - 6 months ago

@JustForTodayReborn So, you are saying there is nothing retail investors can do? In a country like the US? As an investor, if I buy and sell a stock at a loss, that should be my problem. But if a company I invested in performed poorly and went down under, yet the executives paid themselves handsomely in some dubious merger including after the merger, I should not shoulder the loss; not at all! You have your broker; you have your bank, & there is the SEC, &c. $SFTGQ & $LOTZ merged. Did anything good come out of the merger, even for a day? Did the share price go up even for one minute? After the merger, everything went downhill. Does that not say a lot? I am not selling my shares. Period. I wait till the company is liquidated. As an investor, I should not be cheated in broad daylight! Unless I sell my stock at a loss!

User Image MmmGoodCoffee Posted - 6 months ago

@JTonelli I had a rule that I would only gamble on one non-dividend paying stock at a time. Use a small % of portfolio and flip for some decent profit. After my first and only loss in 3 years, for almost $4k, my new rule is never buy any stock that doesnt pay at least 2% div and no market caps under 1 Billion. And I'm still waiting for the lawsuit posts. Big, legit companies go down 10% and their pages are flooded with vulture lawyers asking shareholders to file. Yet here with $LOTZ and $SFTGQ there's nothing. An obvious scam and theft "company" run by thieves, and no lawsuit posts... ?????

User Image PeePincher Posted - 6 months ago

$SFTGQ Every used car selling company in the stock market - in a country like the US, a car manufacturing country more over - is not failing save $SFTGQ and $LOTZ! Does that not say a lot, right from the fraud that was a merger? Where did all the billions of dollars the company had, go? There hasn't been any new investment, that would cost millions, they popped up with, like the much heralded new web portal, has there been? These fraudsters need serious auditing! Investors shouldn't be losing their hard earned dollars just like that. When banks loan you money, you cannot fail to pay it back. So, why should investors lose their hard earned dollars when they lend these stock market companies when they fail? WHY?

$SFTGQ $LOTZ Make sure Lev Peker knows he’s one of those scum ceos who stole from us and lied to us

User Image bman8122 Posted - 6 months ago

$SFTGQ $LOTZ Ive been here since day one I watched my money simply evaporate everyday. This was a scam and fraud from day one. All I got from this was a hat a few years ago. 50k for a hat

User Image PeePincher Posted - 6 months ago

$SFTGQ Now where are those who were attacking me when I said the so-called merger between $SFTGQ and $LOTZ was a FRAUD? Are you seeing it now? Mighty USA of all places? Anyways, there has to be a way in which retail investors like myself recoup their investment. This kind of fraud should not be allowed to go on without those behind it paying penalties. $LOTZ executives who were part of fraud should be sought out & made to pay for what they have done. They should not live large with investors' hard earned dollars! Btw, what of insurance? Brokerages cannot operate in this kind of business without insurances; brokerages get money from investors in order to operate. So, all brokerages should have insurance such that when this kind of fraud takes place, investors recoup their hard earned dollars back.

$SFTGQ damn I learned a hard lesson holding on to this for far too long when I should’ve just cut my losses when it was $LOTZ… thought I could’ve got out even by lowering my cost average at some point… gonna be a long time until I’ll invest in stocks again.
