1. Vanguard owned 5,915,847 shares of the company's stock after acquiring an additional 5,574,089 shares during the quarter.
2. Director James Messina alone has bought over 500,000 shares averaging over $4
3. Insiders have loaded more than 100K shares on April 9
4. March 25th Lanzatech was awarded 200 million in funding for a project to produce sustainable ethylene from captured carbon dioxide
5. A sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) project in the U.K. under development by LanzaTech U.K. Ltd., a subsidiary of LanzaTech Global Inc., is moving forward following an approval issued by the Neath Port Talbot Council’s Planning Committee on March 26.
There are so many more catalyst that I can go on and on… This drop in share price is nothing but deceptive stock manipulation. Absolutely nothing to do with fundamentals. Sit tight

$LNZA hello all. we are approaching the one year anniversary of my allocation decision. so far? it's depreciated significantly. however, that concerns only the impatient capital. i do have some questions though: are there any other competitors building carbon capture plants? different or better methods of capturing carbon, such as $AKCCF? if i understand correctly, we have 3 revenue streams 1) licensing of our technology, 2) sale of ethanol to downstream consumers, and 3) our 25, hopefully, 50, % stake in LJ and the revenue they generate from SAF (assuming the equity method of accounting). now, why would the plants themselves pay the licensing fee? they don't even own the ethanol that results? i suspect we are paying the steel mills for the privilege of using their emissions as feedstock? i need to understand the value chain in more detail. if there are any resident experts on this board, please make yourself knows. thank you.

$GEVO So a company that trades at over 5X their BVPS and had an annual loss greater than their cash plus investments and their total equity is a better buy than GEVO? If GEVO traded at the same multiple of price to BVPS as $LNZA we would be a $12 stock right now.

$GEVO Ok let’s compare them. GEVOs 375M in cash to $LNZA 120M in cash and investments. Our $650M in assets to their 242M in assets. Our $93M in liabilities to their 127M in liabilities. Our $557M in equity to their $114M in equity. Their 67M in revenue with interest income to our 36M in revenue with interest income. Our net loss of 66M to their 134M loss. Their market cap of 582M to our 175M. Our BVPS of 2.38 to their 0.58. Their share price of $3 to our .75 cents
We have more cash, more equity, less liabilities but trade significantly cheaper. You tell me which ones a better buy smart guy
I knew who they were however I didn’t know they were publicly traded.
