$SEQL $ATLN $SPY $IWN IMO, the SOFR rate is now 4.82% saving $ATLN interest expense of $556,000 on total liabilities $111,190,000 expected annually.. and if SOFR goes to 4.32% by year end, better.. and if SOFR goes to 3.32% by end of 2025, better. Expecting another forbearance with BMO lender for ABL, an updated S-1 for 20M capital raise, and uplisting on Nasdaq application. IPO listing probably November, as yield curve normalize opens capital markets. Bullish for small mid cap stocks.

No diapers, pacifiers, baby strollers, etc..... primarily, because I didn't lay down and make it: your responsibility! But, by 18, I can usually guarantee a 1000% return. $SEQL $ATLN $SPY $IWN Atlantic International in IMO is doing the uplisting with existing shareholders shares to be sold. This seems mutually agreeable as we get shares sold for us as pre-merger shareholders/owners of the reverse merger and still get to own a very good staffing company managed by M&A people during a time of transition from organic growth to an in-organic growth economy during probably one of the largest rate cutting cycles ever. Private equity is looking for cashflow companies to invest in.. maybe there are many IPO's that start to list once we get rate cuts.. Bullish for small / mid caps.

$SEQL $ATLN $SPY $IWN Also to correctly explain that part of the process for reverse merger acceptance from exchanges, is to be listed on the OTC Markets for 6 months at least, to deter fake companies from asia gaming.. so accept it as being part of reverse merger process. Some people say non-sense on here to get a rise. We are way past that, as IMO, I guess the exchange applications are being reviewed and close to being accepted hopefully soon. What's more exciting is if they IPO uplisting by Sep 15th which is really Sep 16th, and IR rate cuts on Sep 17th, 18th. Wow! Extremely exciting! Small/Mid Cap rally?!

$SEQL $ATLN $SPY $IWN The Atlantic International process has sure been a rollercoaster.. but you have to give them credit for, so far, more than half-way through, completing a reverse merger. The IPO uplisting states it's an existing shareholders offering only. We, Us, shareholders only our uplisting shares being offered. Which is exciting! I've seen ask/offers to sell at 12 up to 32.. they are only small asks, but if the MM are projecting out a big move up.. shares offered at 9 per share seems like a good deal to buy. Bullish!

$SEQL $ATLN $SPY $IWN Atlantic International has filed the 2Q Quarterly Earnings and it is interesting from a bullish perspective! The revolving LOC and debt note were both extended for the uplisting expected to be September 15th. Also, management mentioned cashflows, should they get to refinance the LOC and debt after uplisting, should be sufficient for 12 months forward. IMO, the exchange uplisting will be on Sep 15th and capital raise the week after for 20M, I speculate, which gives liquidity to pay off debt and refinance LOC. The stock could trend higher once we get an announcement of which exchange and if pricing confirmed on still 9 per share for uplisting.

$SEQL $ATLN $SPY $IWN Atlantic International ATLN is getting very interesting, IMO, could trend up as I think IPO listing applications for CBOE BYZ, Nasdaq, and NYSE have been submitted and waiting to get approved.. then they choose which exchange. I'm expecting listing prices at 9 per share as S-1/A mentions maybe more if we get interest rate cuts each FOMC meeting through 2025. This, IMO, reduces interest expense and increases profitability. Very exciting with Lyneer staffing expanding into healthcare.

$WW $IWM $IWN Trust me, almost ALL small-cap "analyst" are lying to you. No legit analyst follow small-caps or micro-caps. These analyst are only here to sell you a dream. They and the companies they "recommend" work hand-in-hand to fleece novice investors. It usually goes something like this;
1. XYZ "analyst" puts $5 BUY recommendation on $.$0.70 stock.
2. Months later, XYZ is the lead
underwriter of a capital raise for same company, price drops to $0.35.
3. XYZ "analyst" lowers his price target from $5 to $4, but maintains his BUY recommendation.
