As a long holder of $HPK I’d sure appreciate a candid update on the our progress with the “strategic alternatives”. Hopefully we crush earnings for a few quarters and can gain leverage in negotiations. Regardless, I’m in for the ride for the rest of 24.

$HPK crude hitting massive levels and this stock stays flat. Very cool. I begrudgingly hold this turd because the land is valuable. Wells Fargo has been the M&A advisor on this stock for nearly 18 months and there is nothing to show for it. That’s a joke. Go to a real M&A bank if you truly want to sell. Goldman, either of the Morgans, etc

$HPK added more here as it is way underperforming oils. The land only gets more valuable each day but the stock doesn’t move. They cannot extract the value with their dinky 3 rigs. That’s their entire capacity 👎😂 They need a real company to extract it Sell it and move on. If PXD was willing to sell then y’all should too

$HPK been shopping for a year now, gets more valuable with every passing day, comps indicate $45-$55 for production, ( 50,000/ day) acreage ( 120,000) and drilling sites (2500) Insiders buy any more stock and there wont be any left ( reminds me of Woody Allen's (?) description of a money manager: ' a person who manages other people's money until there isn't any')
