btw, imo getting delisted would suck for longs, but the stock would still be traded on the pink sheets, so per se "delisting" on whatever exchange would likely hurt the stock, but not be the end of the world... What would be a complete shit sandwich is if Seidman walks away after its reequired due diligence with the prior auditors (recall E&Y's letter re "things that we have become aware of" doing their work) or doing its own work. No need to own this stock any time soon, esp given they are reportedly now losing at least Elon's business...i also think it is a dangerous short, so aerial veiwing only for me, except as to its implications for the likes of the dozen or so alternate makers of liquid cooling equipment, and more than a dozen NVDA rack builders incl $DELL $HPE FoxCon,Intertec, Ristron etc.
