Chart #5 $HPE I don't often like stocks that I see have multiple breakouts or breakdowns, so all I can say is that it is holding the white trend line. It might want to go higher her next, probably towards 23 may need to spend some time and get cleaner. Currently I don't consider this to be a clean price. On big picture it remains in an uptrend.

$CRKN So sad...All these things I talked about would NOT be protected by their patents (applications) as Crowns applications are in windows, not in taking the concept and applying it into electronic concepts. $HPE and $IBM ought to take note as they are followers now, not leaders. When I was younger, if you had asked me what I wanted to do, I would have told you I wanted to work in the R/D division of IBM at Yorktown Heights. My expectation was they would pay me tens of millions a year for a never ending source of ideas and concepts not seen anywhere....Thats was never going to happen.

@nose315 I appreciate your thoughts. Not to be argumentative, but to further point out my own thoughts, Ill pose a few questions: 1. A "clean balance sheet?" How do we know that? They haven't supplied one for quite some time. 2. "Most exposure to AI?" In relation to what companies? All of them? Please expound. 3. "Differentiated product in its niche?" Presumably you are talking about liquid cooled? If so, you are aware $HPE does that too? And the "niche" thing...what niche? $NVDA has many server partners. You can see a listing of them on their webpages. 4. Why did the SP drop from 120 to 56 from mid-March to late August amidst stellar ER's and a slew of analyst upgrades? From a trading standpoint, IV and gambler interest, short action, and the moves that can happen as a result I can see that there may be big money to be made, but on fundamentals, I don't see it. Not yet. Maybe in the future. In any case, I wish you the best.

$NTNX $HPE $CSCO Nutanix price target raised to $85, named 'Top Pick' at Morgan Stanley Morgan Stanley raised the firm's price target on Nutanix (NTNX) to $85 from $78 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. After a 2024 where enterprise names were largely working through inventory digestion or more muted spend environments, the group enters 2025 with healthier budgets, inventory positions and valuations, says the analyst, who thinks that enterprise names like Nutanix, the analyst's new "Top Pick" among the group, as well as Cisco (CSCO) and HP Enterprise (HPE), present "opportunities for outsized growth."

$HPE what is wrong with this 🐷

User Image RobertLemire Posted - 1 week ago

$SMCI I've posted versions of this before. Every time I look at it I can't help but laugh. Ok, 2yr, wkly, $NVDA as the baseline. Comparisons I added are the three server providers Jensen mentioned in the last ER cc. I list them in the order he mentioned them. 1. $DELL - in blue 2. $HPE - in green 3. $SMCI - in red Now, I ask the observer...does anything look wacky to you?

User Image RobertLemire Posted - 1 week ago

$SMCI On the macro front... I'm thinking of that saying by the guy...can't remember the guy...but the saying was something to the effect, "I've made more money buying into a stock that has recently doubled in value than buying into one which has recently halved in value." In my case, I bought in to two stocks which have recently doubled in value - $SOUN at 10 and $HOOD at 37. And I'm not buying in to this one which has recently been halved in value. It will be interesting to see where all SP's are in six months. And then a year. And so on. Having said that, I do believe the potential exists for $SMCI SP to double in value - reach 60's - but for me, it's too risky. There are so many other plays out there. And for hardware in this sector I have $DELL and $HPE. I am on the hunt for others - hardware - which will benefit from AI buildout, but I'm in no hurry with that. I'm much more interested in companies with applications, you know? Software, higher margins, way higher growth potential.
