About Anywhere Real Estate Inc.

Anywhere Real Estate Inc., through its subsidiaries, provides residential real estate services in the United States and internationally. The company operates through three segments: Anywhere Brands, Anywhere Advisors, and Anywhere Integrated Services. The Anywhere Brands segment franchises the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, Corcoran, ERA, and Sotheby's International Realty brand names. This segment also includes global relocation services under Cartus brand name; and lead generation activities. The Anywhere Advisors segment operates a full-service residential real estate brokerage business under the Coldwell Banker, Corcoran, and Sotheby's International Realty brand names to assist home buyers and sellers in the listing, marketing, selling, and finding homes. This segment also operates real estate auction joint venture. The Anywhere Integrated Services segment provides full-service title, escrow, and settlement services to consumers, real estate companies, corporations, and financial institutions primarily in support of residential real estate transactions. This segment also originates and markets its mortgage lending services to other real estate brokerage companies. The company was formerly known as Realogy Holdings Corp. and changed its name to Anywhere Real Estate Inc. in June 2022. Anywhere Real Estate Inc. was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Madison, New Jersey.

$HOUS heads up for the 1486 watchers here for HOUS! position yourself for the RIP UP! if you havent already you had a second chance to accumulate since the 10yr and mortgage rates went the opposite way than everyone thought. The housing bottom is pretty much in we will have a a few bumps over the next 3-4 months! while all eyes are on MAG 7 look at housing sector. zillow has already RIPPED to the upside! when mortgage rates hit 6% or 5.95% then next leg up, headwinds still industry lawsuits, tight inventory, sticky prices but life goes on and folks still want to buy a place that is their own! Best Everyone, see you in 2025!

$HOUS anything $4.25 or less is a great entry point to load up your Bags this one will pop to the upside. 10 year treasury yields & higher residential mortgage rates has scared most investors in this sector but P & Lโ€™s are cleaning up. debt is coming down, expansion continues, very high end residential uo in closed sales, commercial & land trans doing better than most know. lot of cash buyers at the $5m-$100m category. units still down, sales volume down but turning to the upside. elevated prices and commissions which also includes franchise fees which is 6-7% to the bottomline. title and Relo sector still hurting but title insurance premiums and fees helping income, title services is a very low overhead business. best of luck to all the watchers! this has more runway to the upside than all its competitors COMP etc. especially at a sub $500m market cap which is kinda insane Berkshire hathaway should buy them at no more than 3.5x & clear out its debt in a sec! what do i know!

$HOUS The little stock that could! if you missed getting in at $3-$4โ€™s you may want to get in on the next leg up to $6.50! this will get on everyones chart radar which will push it to next level. balance sheets are cleaning up, revenue going up, debt still high, rate cuts built in but going in right direction, court bill being paid down, luxury sector doing very well which means higher revenue, non-productive agents falling out, top 20% making more than ever which goes to Hous as Franchise fee and corporate owned units, relocation down, title income flat to down only because units down! Good luck and hang on! printing presses are on!

$HOUS $RDFN it was pretty obvious that Q2 home sale activity wasn't going to be good, wasn't it? Rates remained high and home prices were still at record highs. Why would anyone have expected improvement? The question is, how long do the heavily indebted real estate brokers have before they run out of time waiting for a market turnaround?

$RDFN $HOUS which is a better short? Anywhere has a massive amount of debt but only $200M due before 2026. Redfin has only a couple of quarters of cash left. Both have been bleeding money for the past 2 quarters.
