$TSOI a week ago, $DECN CEO was sentenced to 7 years for defrauding investors by materially false and misleading public statements, threatening whistleblowers, and more. How is it different from what we experienced here or other companies like $DPLS facing similar issues. Familiar? "...ensnared them in a deceitful web of lies with promises of prosperity, then retaliated against his victims when confronted with his bogus claims, demonstrating his callous disregard for others facing financial ruin at his hands." Why promote a '23 BBQ celebration from '21? Make people believe an imminent "MOAB" announcement? Announce millions from a Costco deal? Promise EUA? Claim "ongoing" Covid-19 clinical trial without it showing on ClinicalTrials .gov or proof? Tip of the iceberg. Why concoct a story to sue attempting to dox victims after victims have repeatedly explained why they are bearish? Why do people like @TradersTrader continually intimidate and harass others? $PHIL That video is such BS which is not surprising coming from a lifelong scammer. I want everyone to watch this video which was made for a fake product by another lifelong OTC scammer CEO who was caught, charged, and sentenced for scamming investors. $DECN This post is a perfect example of what I remember from you on ihub. You still don't get it, the products stink, and they lose money. The entire business was there to convince people like you to invest so he could live off the diluted shares. It worked. Look at the bright side, if some new scammer "buys" the dog test business, you can invest there and lose more money!

$DECN Recovery with what? Since Berman had a public defender, that means his personal financial situation was looked into and he qualified for that. Second, what value would the money losing crap diabetes strip business be, considering Medicare doesn't cover DECN's products? Third, white collar criminals don't get sent to max or even mid security prisons.

$DECN Based on a comment on the yahoo page, the CEO was sentenced to 84 months in prison followed by 36 months of supervised release. Still wonder if there is ANY hopes of share holders affected by his scam of recovering some portion of their investments. On a related note, I hope his 84 months is in "federal f*** you in the a** prison" and not some country club like prison environment.

$DECN Berman pleaded guilty to one count each of securities fraud, wire fraud, and obstruction of an official proceeding. He is scheduled to be sentenced on April 12, 2024, and faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors
