$TSOI has diluted 1.3 BILLION shares during the last yr and they're going to try and pretend that a 55K raise to advance a MCB (after years of investors thinking everything was in place for trials!!!) is something that should take a backseat to CONsultants and legal fees (which have received nearly 2M dollars over the past 3 months alone! That BS alone clearly establishes TSOI is NOT about the "science". The subsidiaries are a dirty shell game. Their books are, unsurprisingly, opaque. The "parent company" remains a chit show. 22M + burnt. No completed clinical trials to show for it. Stuck in trips for eons. BS "dividends" and more of the typical TSOI lies. TSOI is a failed company with an awful balance sheet and a DIRTY history that has not been able to complete a single registered clinical trial. The best "funding" it has received to fate is 20% discounted shares through the SEC-busted chop shop known as GHS. You might as well R/S. If you had anything that's what you'd do.

$TSOI Here are some questions/thoughts Ryan/TT: What civil issues are you referring to? Shepard's lawsuit against Veltmeyer, Ichim and TSOI for fraud, breach of fiduciary duties and more? You are clearly Dirty Dixy's puppet (he calls you "son" 🤣). Start there. I don't know anything about NWBO and BCLI (and will refrain from cross-posting there like a desperate dweeb). I do know TSOI lied about an ongoing P3 amongst other things for an extended period (while "management" took plenty and doled out millions to CONsultants). The people who have been wronged here are TSOI investors who fell for TiTo's (and TT's) BS. (Anyone who falls for your and your ilks' flaccid pump at this point deserves to lose anything they might invest). The gig is up, but the lies (aka stock manipulation) regarding EUA filing, Covid BS, dilution, multi-million sales agreements, ongoing trials, etc. still need to be accounted for. Tick Tock scammers.

$TSOI $NWBO $BCLI After civil issues are resolved, how soon might we see criminal charges filed against these perpetrators and their puppet masters?? Will SDSC refer to prosecutors in CA?
PS. How many other companies have been wronged by this group and groups like them? Is there SM site collusion? HF’s? VC’s? Open question to all real investors tired of being manipulated.

$TSOI Bumping this … $55k is but a drop in the bucket considering the loss and failure by leadership. Not to mention the millions in gifted shares, I believe … TSOI appears to also be covering the legal fees. Advertising to shareholders an ability to license Jadicell looks sadly desperate for company that supposedly is close to launching a phase 3 clinical trial and had all these other indications as irons in the fire. Soliciting your own shareholders to buy pre-IPO shares in a spin off, when you’ve failed them so miserably in the parent company is a wild thing. And then cut off shareholders who are uncomfortable forfeiting personal information to a company with a known and public history of doxing its own investors. Doxing your own investors while a psycho is openly threatening to kill frustrated and vocal shareholders is insanity 😅 Yet here we are …

Also notable, ZERO Defendants (DOES 1-7) have come forward publicly as reported today on FB filed motions to refute Plaintiffs case of defamation, libel, disparagement etc based in filing highlighting @stocktwits users/Defendants statements from Oct 2021-Oct 2023.
It begs the question…on whom’s behalf do they really operate?
No one un-invested acts like this.
Think Judge Wood appreciates this group of anonymous actors willfully ignoring/insulting his court?
Everything post 10/19/23 is outside the present filing, I might imagine once Plaintiffs requested info is handed over by @Stocktwits to the court, their full identities known to all, DOES 1-7 legal troubles (and true endeavors) may significantly compound. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. Unless Defendants DOES 1-7 man up?? That’s unlikely.

$TSOI Pumpers should save the BS about "curing cancer," generosity, and all of the pathetic spin trying to paint this scam in a benevolent color. If you really want to help cure cancer, make a donation to the American Cancer Society or some other reputable organization or, at least, invest in a company that knows how to complete a clinical trial and get its treatments scaled/to market. Dixon is playing Doctor here for the same reason he sold dental devices (before defaulting on his debts). Personal profit/money. TiTo have cashed out well more than $2 MILLION over the past 4 years alone (salary, "bonuses," stock sales and gifts). They have also taken well more than 500 MILLION shares from shareholders while NEVER buying a single share themselves. Meanwhile, the pps is down 99% and hundreds of millions of MC have been obliterated. Most investors have lost a lot (and many of them invested on the basis of stock manipulation/lies). That is the opposite/antonym of generous.

$TSOI From 10.27.23 to 9.30.24 (LESS THAN 1 YEAR) TSOI diluted its shareholders with well more than 1.3 B shares!!! In the 3rd Quarter of 2024 alone TSOI spent -$1,568,563 in consulting fees for the 3 months ended 9.30.24 -$155,068 in legal fees for the 3 months ended 9.30.24 That is nearly 2 MILLION dollars burnt on CONsulting and legal fees (which is about what this dilution factory typically loses investors in a full year) YET, TSOI is unable to finance the Master Cell Bank it has been lying about for a while now with $55K! Consultants and lawyers get nearly 2 MILLION in a mere 3 months and the cells can't get 55K? At least that makes clear, what these liars' priorities are. Does anyone think TiTo are spending your money with your interest's in mind. I would argue that the recent 10Q is yet another example of TiTo's breach of fiduciary duties. How about spending some money on those adventitious studies. TSOI could get to a P1 someday if someone is stupid enough to pay for it.

Wherever creepy ichim was getting cells from before, for the Veltmeyer Institute, will likely be the true source for whatever they are claiming. But, cool … I’ll play along. So a company, that has yet to bring any of the major catalysts across the finish line, could have completed the cell bank with just 55k more … Yet the recent filing revealed: - over a million $ was spent on consultants - about $150k was spent for legal fees Yet, no phase 3 to speak of. What are the priorities? This is failure … pick a catalyst and get it across the fck’n finish line! 🏁 What a ridiculous update for shareholders… this is just disrespectful.
