@Harry_70 Which drug/advancement? P3 UM IND/CV19/ARDS “halted” per Ricordi’s and Patel’s deposition testimony due to Restem. New $TSOI all cause P3 application filed in April of 2023, biologic assay began August 2023, Allogen Biologics, see 8k Dec and PR in Aug 2023. (2) ODD applications(Lung/Brain) filed mid 2023 see PR’s/SEC filings. No information on JadiCell/CTE 1/2a trial, although, Afformentioned P3/all cause ARDS application skips P1-2, one might assume if successful w FDA given DMF/Jadicell safety (p1/2) why perform any P1/2 Jadi trials? Instead, wait on Aug assay/FDA comments/or approval. There’s a few items.

$TSOI TSOI and GHS have to pick it up!!! 2.4 million in volume WILL NOT CUT IT. With more 2M in annual operating losses last year they would need to dilute 15,873,016 shares a trading day just to cover that burn rate. What about the ~2 million in debt? How will they ever pay for a clinical trial? @thomasichim will cover it right? Will you still cover it if you lose the lawsuits?

$TSOI I don't care who you give it to Pumper Jr. I was merely pointing out that if TSOI is about compassion and saving lives as it claims at what point do you hand it off to someone who can complete a clinical and take it to scale (You know to save lives and for compassion's sake, right?).
