@JohnTill How are you enjoying your China trade today? Man, no matter how many times I see the market killed off I'm always amazed. Normally I'd say last quarter to buy bargains based on stimulus and sentiment, but with the US media and political machine fully engaged, anything can happen. I went with $caas instead of $CYD. Both good options.

@ValMars I know that you believe that those high numbers are a possibility. I'll (excitedly) believe it when I see it. However, the end of year runs to 7-10 have happened regularly for $CAAS, so I'm far more optimistic about that happening in the near future.

$CAAS Nexteer Automotive and Zhejiang Shibao Co Ltd are the two direct competitors. Nexteer Automotive is trading at forward PE of 29x and Zhejiang Shibao Co Ltd is trading at forward PE of 129x on Chinese stock exchange. Nexteer Automotive has comparative growth rate but a much lower margin. If CAAS is trading on a chinese stock exchange it will has a PE in that range. The market is so obviously inefficient here. A 20% yield dividend does not fix that. A PE fund needs to take it private then list it in China.

$CAAS how crazy is that? its clients are taking market share all over the world. not surprise to see double digit growth for years. trading at PE under 4 while distributing huge dividend. this is like hammond power solution I bought in 2020 which becomes 30 baggers
