$AUGX Daily chart. Tough to tell how this will go. Bounced off the April '23 gap low, StochRSI oversold, and MACD histo moving up. However, it closed under the trendline 2 days in a row and the weekly StochRSI/MACD histo make it look like more downside could come.

$AUGX third biggest investor Perkins Capital Management shares their sentiment on the market and small caps. This is a good read if you're into doing your homework. I've been reading their newsletters ever since they made their brilliant purchase of the stock in December of 2021 from McKesson at $1.05. I remember buying shares at $1.01 and of course wish I bought more. When McKesson originally bought those shares at the IPO AUGX projected ~$21 mil in revenue and finished with $22 mil. If my memory is correct the market cap was around $150 million 7.5x revenue and here we are today with a similar market cap at $51 mil in ARR and a $61 mil '24 forecast. One of the strategies Perkin's shares in their newsletter is they hold onto stocks until they reach their expected appreciation, we haven't seen them really cash in much. The vote of confidence from HCA that their relationship is strong and long term should give investors confidence.
I remain cautiously bullish as financial results may be the evidence to move the stock in the environment of macro market uncertainty and the market being scared of the stock given the recent decline thinking there is a black swan. I believe analysts covering the stock see the same. I continue to dollar cost average OTM December $2.50 and $5.00 Call Options. IMO the stock needs a bit of time to reach a new high.

$AUGX this is near its 52 week low. Are you telling me that it has done nothing for 1 year? Market is throwing the baby out with the bath water. Revenue and margins have expanded greatly since. New product launch with Augmedix Go will drive further uptick, as its technology will only improve with advancements in AI. Smart money paid $4 per share during stock offering earlier in the year.

Is $AUGX a part of this or do the investors in the stock see something of greater concern, an increase in competition, a fundamental crack in the foundation, or termites in the house. Their leadership has successfully navigated many challenging times. The timing of the $4.00 offering to raise $26 million was well played and is another feather in their cap. If there's a rebound it may be quick as a single headline could make that happen.
