$APCX I'd really like to see this stock do well. I have been in and out and kept a close eye on its peaks and troughs but even if I wasn't an investor, I think it deserves to progress. GLTA.

$APCX Disgusting company. 40% discount on the offering price to raise only $2 million. Why didn't they raise just a few weeks ago when price was over $2/share... Been on the stock market since 1998!!! 26 f*ing years! And what have they accomplished more than insane amounts of capital destruction? Despicable, and in a better world these criminals should be locked up for a very long time.

$APCX AppTech Payments prices 2M shares at $1.00 in underwritten public offering AppTech Payments announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 2,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $1.00 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $2.0 million, prior to deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 300,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price per share, less the underwriting discounts to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on March 27, 2024, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. EF Hutton LLC is acting as the sole book-runner for the offering. AppTech intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for integration of existing business, working capital and general corporate purposes.

$APCX AppTech Payments announces common stock, warrants offering AppTech Payments Corp. announced that it intends to offer to sell shares of its common stock and pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. All of the shares of common stock and pre-funded warrants are to be sold by the company. AppTech intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for integration of existing business, working capital and general corporate purposes. EF Hutton is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
