$YTEN Just read the prospectus. What a s show. 1. Last year at this time? There were 6MM shares outstanding. Now? If you include the $0.43 and $0.65 warrants? There's 25MM shares outstanding. 2. And they don't have cash to last until June 30, 2024. 3. It takes a special skill to capsize a company this quickly. Last year at this time? The market cap was about $15MM. He could have sold it for that amount or likely greater. 4. But Olly was a "visionary". The Johnny Appleseed of camelina. And the Board was completely asleep. Blown away by Olly's "passion".

$YTEN At the end of the day, the market cap is about $4MM. Thank you Olly Peoples for mismanaging this company into oblivion. Your arrogance. Your delusion. Your lack of judgement. As Billy Joel once sang, "You had to be a Big Shot". You single handedly destroyed this company with your inability to generate any revenue or any meaningful partnership deal. This company should have been SOLD long ago for more than $4MM On your gravestone it will read, "Olly Peoples. Failure".

$YTEN In early 2023, biofuel interest was at an all time high. Peoples likely had a choice. He could sell his company at Price X like CoverCress did with Bayer. They got $200MM. But they were further along. My gut says that at the time Peoples could have gotten at least $40MM. With 6MM shares? That would have been about $7. But Olly was delusional and arrogant. He saw himself as the Steve Job of cover crops. Rumor has it that he countered offeres well into the nine figures. And with him heading the division. Both prospects were absolutely laughable in that 2023 camelina prospects weren't worth $100MM and a Peoples CEO was about as welcome as a Trump fart in a courtroom. So Peoples rolled the dice. He thought that Jack would always bail him out. And when that didn't happen? It's where we are. If you were "betting the jockey", Olly was Shaquille O'Neal. A burden the company could never overcome.

$YTEN This is right from the conference. They don't have enough money as of now to get to June 30, 2024. This is what happens when you have Olly "I am a visionary" Peoples as CEO--a guy who never paid attention to the balance sheet during the company's entire tenure--running the company. He's great at dilutions, reverse splits and handing out warrants. Actually closing deals to keep the company in business is quite the other. He likely could have done a $10MM deal to sell the company last year at 6MM shares. We expect that our cash on hand, including proceeds from the offering, will support our operations into the second quarter of 2024. We are engaged in a dedicated and ongoing effort to secure additional funds in the very near term in order to continue our operations.

$YTEN Anyone interested in this company should read the conference call and read the section where they have enough cash to get through "somewhere in Q2". That's right. They don't have enough money to get to June 30. The CEO is a delusional buffoon who has promised cash infusion from the likes of Marathon Oil, Bayer, Land of Lakes and other. He has failed miserably at every turn.
