$YAYO I think this is a no brainer for our attorneys. Remember they didn't even declare bankruptcy... You think TP is going to let them steal the company? for free? He had a lot of money committed here. The problem was they had to escape the lawsuits... I don't think they will get away from us that easy.

$YAYO Market cap of $21,000. Think I might start buying...just for giggles... I expect TP to one day realize he's ruined his reputation and his life. His whole existence has been doing as much damage as possible to anyone who trusted him. Some define that as a parasite. He might want to change his ways. A good start would be saving this company. Maybe man up for a change.

$YAYO The great question is whether Acuitas Group Holdings will offer some assistance. TP has essentially ruined his reputation. I'm holding some shares because it would cost him very little to resurrect this company. This would be an opportunity to rebuild some credibility. There was no justified reason for this company to fail.

$MCOM With 225 million shares outstanding, why would this company have a valuation of $225 million? It's more likely that the price falls to $0.0032, like $YAYO which is too broke to even declare bankruptcy.

@Khaled0789 $MCOM There are only 75 million more common shares left to dilute. After that, a second reverse split is necessary. Though I believe delisting will happen before another RS. A lot of bagholders fear that this stock will end up like $YAYO, and for good reason.
