$WWR unimaginable that they somehow get a working plant. Been over a year since it was promised to be completed with revenues coming in. Why they didn’t sell to IDR is a mystery when they have no way to continue except the little amount of dilution the SEC will allow such a distressed company.

$WWR For those who have upside exposure to $WWR, what other stocks are you eyeing/invested in? For those who are bearish, same Q.

$WWR Pros: - offtake agreements in place for what should be $100mil+ in revenue annually.
- half a plant and mineral rights
- new administration focused on onshoring
- In process for securing the rest of financing for plant
Cons:
- Aggressive dilution will continue. Plans for future plant expansion implies further dilution. Phase II looks like $500mil, and same % of equity as phase I would imply 250M dilution. PLUS, dilution for ongoing cash drain and any cost overruns.
- Management failed to secure debt last year and has been pushing off the project timeline. Continued delay would be devastating.
- WWR cut cost estimates of its plant recently, which could signal trouble in solidifying debt financing.
Summary:
Very, very attractive valuation but threat of significant dilution is quite bad. The main catalyst is the debt financing to finish the plant. If unsuccessful, goes to 0. If successful, large initial rise that’s diluted by $30 to $38M or so. Further dilution comes at Phase II

$WWR This is now the 6th business plan they have released. They are also selling their graphite feedstock that they bought from a competitor and was to be used to make CSPG. Grossly unqualified team here. I still believe this crew was brought as fall guys when the CEO and CFO abruptly "retired" after they got booted from the NASDAQ.

$WWR Thats a real bad finacial statement. only 4.5m on hand and 3m cash burn per month. Plant is less that 1/2 built. Selling all their feedstock they bought from Syrah. Contruction has been on hold for a year. Yeah, it ain’t good.

$WWR Debt funding to be completed in Q4'24 (anyday now) $150 million, which is what is needed to complete the plant construction. Stock is going to easily jump, plus Trump is all about USA products, he is against China, and also has Elon with him. All of this is a huge lining for a massive run up.
