$WINR Roman sold the company in August 2024. Some guy named Mr. Hiza now owns it per a 8-K filing. Now we need to wait and see what happens in the next few years. I am still sitting on 20k shares. A solid hold.

$WINR what they should do now do a one for 50 or one for 100 and that would let all the big shots too shorted all the way down to zero again and they can make a lot of money

$GTOR John is starting to have a rap sheet, The first was forgery back in the 90s and now this. I wonder how the SEC found out and started their investigation. Also @ggtoor if you are serious about going into tournaments you need to check out $WINR they are looking for potential buyers. Something to check out. That will be amazing if you can combine companies or buy them out right.

$WINR Funny that they didn’t disclose the amount of the deal, only that they buy 100% of the shares, looks like they tanked this intentionally with that note to get the shares at the lowest price and now they are waiting for people to sell their positions, hold on to your shares boys and girls!

$WINR For me unfortunately this is toast... the only reason I invested in this was due to Zack incoming to run the show, as he had a previous good record running a company. Now that is almost non-existent possibility im fully out, unless there is any note that they will make another deal. From what im seeing though they wont... plus the OS is higher than what would be allowed for anything previous. I can only imagine now with the notes (not converting into equity), and warrants, this will sold off more and more, and OS will expand. Shame :/

@BullMarketTo2030 Yes. It is what it is. I'd only point out there was more than 3 weeks between getting notice of deal termination and disclosing it in a filing. During that time the dilution was several millions shares, and according to OTC update of $winr SS, he also took advantage of Friday's volume to further dilute. So that kind of says it all.
