$VYST I had to delete my last post because I misspoke. I haven't looked at this stock in more than 2 years because it turns my stomach every time I look at it. I now need it to get to 2.90 in order to break even. What a huge missed opportunity by a bunch of idiots. Now I guess I own furniture stock. It is interesting to see the same people posting that were two years ago, misery loves company!

$VYST Vystar’s Board of Directors have approved preliminary plans to spin off the RxAir, Vytex and FEC product lines into a separate legal entity which Vystar intends to take public. Vystar anticipates retaining approximately 10% of the shares in the new entity and will distribute the remaining ownership percentage to Vystar shareholders. This plan is expected to be executed in late 2023.

$VYST With respect to the Reverse Stock Split, every 100 shares of issued and outstanding Common Stock were automatically combined into one issued and outstanding share of Common Stock, without any change in the par value per share. No fractional shares were issued as a result of the Reverse Stock Split, and any fractional shares that would otherwise have resulted from the Reverse Stock Split were rounded up. The Reverse Stock Split reduced the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding from approximately 1,294,125,560 to 12,941,312 shares.
