$VPER The events of August 7 should have been included as "subsequent events" on the Q2 filing. All three of VPER's Q2 submissions happened after August 7. Series A conversion will add 681,760,000 common shares. The series B will add 1,257,884,400 common shares. That leaves 11 million series B shares, but some amount of the available 9 million shares will be issued for Endstream and 1stPoint notes payable. It SOUNDS like the name change is VPER, but it could be any of the companies involved I guess. Getting compliant with SEC. Again, seems like a reverse merger to me, but I may be way off base. Series A preferreds are gone, so that cleans up that little bit of extra shares. Would series B be immune to a reverse split or, if there was a reverse split, do all of those get converted to common (between 2.2 billion and 4 billion) beforehand?

$VPER Ooh, $117,269 and there is still Q4! This is the most revenue in years! Congrats, longs! High fives all around. A lot of converting shares going on and about all I can come up with is maybe a reverse merger for the companies VPER acquired? No money changed hands and it appears VPER just issued shares and did not hold any HMMR shares for any appreciable length of time. "The Company also agreed to other corporate actions inclusive of a name change." Financials still have some oopsies on them.

$VPER Don't be fooled. Cutting and pasting a financial report takes a long time. Doing a search and replace on the dates is hard. The rest of the information doesn't matter, but you have to have those dates right. I'll bet the people in Antigua are dancing in the streets about how much Cybergrab has improved their lives. $VPER VPER was an incredibly real company before, but is even MORE real, now! How is Erik getting his 10%? Just 2 billion shares out of the pile or is he going to get preferred? A company that is going to struggle to do a million a quarter REALLY needs a chief admin officer. 1st Point's website is uninspiring and seems very VPEResque. Template. Very dated. "AirMessage (pronounced "At Message") is the best way to text your customers using your business phone number." Why not just call it AT message? "Multi-Language Support: English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Cyrillic, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Hebrew, Sanskrit" Cyrillic isn't a language and no one actually speaks Sanskrit, but it's great they off that to their customers. Portuguese would probably be a better option. SQL Server 2012? Windows 2012 R2? Sure sounds like they are on the cutting edge.

$VPER "Viper completed its first such project earlier this year in Sri Lanka". So either that amazing project was ~$59,000 or the rest will be shown on the financials in a few days. The project is complete, so they should have been paid by now. We'll see just how big a deal this amazing Sri Lanka project was. Perfect time for a reverse split. New management wants to start out on a clean slate. First thing I would do is shitcan that idiotic website. Still no information on VPER being a division of Veritas. Why is that? Does the new CEO love Cybergrab and Limomatrix? How long before VPER returns this acquisition to its previous owners like EcoTech?
