$DCFCQ even $VLTA sold for $169m....Tritium has become the epitome of value destruction.... this company had so much going for it from the likes of $BP and $SHEL.... this has got to be a prime acquisition target.. hard to imagine everyone will let this rollover.... I feel bad for the factory workers.. Crazy times...glta

$EVGO Besides $TSLA all EV charging companies have a major problem. The inability to project ,and balance costs 🤷🏻‍♂️. Management has no skill or enough experience. 🤮Leadership is the foundation and core . More likely failure than progress. Just look at $VLTA $DCFCQ and $CHPT 〽️〽️. All mismanaged, EVgo and blink will eventually be under 1.00. Zoi bailed making bank.

$DCFCQ Bankruptcy is the least of my worries with Tritium. If you're familiar with what went down with $VLTA ( SHELL) bought them out, and they didn't bankrupt then I don't see DCFC in any danger of bankruptcy...but they do need cash. DCFC has proprietary charging technology and a foothold in Europe and a growing presence in the U.S. with parts and service contracts for other EV charging manufacturers. I would be more worried about a buyout deal with less than favorable terms for shareholders or a Reverse 🪓 Split and dilution + offerings to obtain financing from toxic lenders.

@hippieinvestor2 @Sunnyside1 you need both. nobody is gonna issue more shares at .3 a share. They'll R/S and dilute a few weeks after. I've seen this story a million times. My only hope (honestly) is a BO at .8 a la $VLTA. OR, a miracle contract that sends this thing flying BEFORE they decide to RS and sell shares. Dilution is inevitable imo
