$CEI remember the “merge” with $VKIN I was bullish with this stock and it just kept dipping. “The merge is coming people” bahahahahahahahah

@jpstrings @ApeBeyondTheMoon I remember after the latest $MULN reverse split, one of their cheerleaders was trying to say retail could buy the entire float and that would "get the evil shorts and force a short squeeze". Obviously he was oblivious to the dillution. Even if they actually pulled this off and held, within a month they would own less than half of the float. Yet he thought I was the bad guy trying to explain dillution. Had retail owned 100% of the float back in March of 2022 when this had a big pump, today they would own less than 0.1% While $CEI certainly has dillution issues, it is no where near the level of $MULN. What I don't understand is how they pulled off a Reverse Merger with $VKIN without going by the NYSE American rules for one. This may be a issue if they have another compliance board.

@_Note7Creole_ it’s beyond untrue that $muln gets 60% of Bollinger revenue Think about it And Bollinger not profitable How they split the money depends on accounting methods and deals as $cei was not able to be due money from $vkin because of the nature of their 60% deal

User Image Kbaba Posted - 1 year ago

$CEI $VKIN shorts NEVER thought the larger market would kill the stock Alway been about dilution, reverse splits and little revenue

User Image KillerVik Posted - 1 year ago

$CEI $VKIN Cocaine is one hell of a drug Are you still averaging down ? 🤡🤡

@Days1700 Sorry but that was a fact-free post you just make. Neither $cei nor $vkin has any profits, nor even significant revenue. Viking was not heavily shorted. "Not aware of more dilution coming"? In the past two months $cei issued like 90 million new shares (their previous outstanding shares count 3 months ago was 20 million) and authorized 500 million shares (up from 20 million) to be used to finance the company

User Image TheDuckWendigo Posted - 08/24/23

$VKIN wen jail time? 🤣

User Image Donchacharas Posted - 08/23/23

$CEI $CEI $VKIN yep, but it is going to go up again, and you know it

User Image Kbaba Posted - 08/23/23

$CEI btw the acquisition went just as I predicted Viking shareholders dumped their cei shares and the price crashed If you believed in the merger why the hell didn’t you sell your $cei and use the money to buy twice as many $vkin shares to get cei for half price line I did and explained repeatedly?

User Image JesusJunkie Posted - 1 year ago

$CEI Just stopped in to see how things were going. I see Doris is still sticking it the share holders. I'm not sure how many RS one company can have but if there was a limit this would be done for. Lol It's so sad. What ever happened to the $VKIN deal??? That James been talking about for the past 2 years or the carbon energy?? Anything???

User Image keckostopw Posted - 1 year ago

$VKIN well I'm broke

User Image Donchacharas Posted - 1 year ago

$CEI $CEI $VKIN wow you're a genius 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 get a life clown 🤡

User Image Kbaba Posted - 1 year ago

$CEI sone of y’all don’t understand but please consider: A 20 millions share company $cei just distributed 49 million additional camber shares to former $vkin shareholders How many were waiting for merger to sell (I had 30k shares and dumped them right away) 49 million is a LOT As the stock crashes 5% daily, how many more will cut losses and bail? Diamond hardship are fool hands in this case And hundreds of millions of new shares are now authorized, a total recipe for endless dilution Company loses money. The only way they pay themselves and keep the lights on involves using shares on the backs of shareholders Wake up and smell the waste that ozone can’t neutralize Just as predicted, merger created massive ongoing sell off

$CEI $VKIN Where was I wrong ? They do NOT meet the requirements for a reverse merger, its in the filings. They did NOT reverse merger, they make VKIN its own sub you fking clown. I nailed this all the way back to last year Thanks for sharing
