$VINE Nice addition for the company. Catch-22 here for VINE investors. Really need to see NotesLive financials to see how they are coming up with that $600MM valuation. But once those are released, the PPS may have already escalated & proced it in. Based on @ 5% ownership of new shares ince RM is completed-thats $30MM of co that curr VINE investors would own. Curr there are just under 16MM OS which puts those shares worth @ $1.85 or.roughly 3x curr price. However, need to see how they are arriving at $600MM valuation. How much of the actual venue asset does NotesLive own after built? How much of the revenue stream do they receive (tickets, concessions, merchandise, etc)?

$VINE interesting. JW Roth on todays call..."I think the company is worth $600m today" So the valuation of $350m for VINE holders I think is fantastic. $600m valuation implies $30m for VINE. $30m/16m shares outstanding implies $1.85/share for VINE.

$VINE $18M...THAT $18M Agreed. Speculative investors leaving as there most likely won't be any significant upside on news/closing based on those valuations. Value investors will slowly absorb the selling. Anything in the mod 60s to low 80s makes a decent ST swing attractive

$VINE hmm I've they are valuing VINE at $18m...that means VINE should be trading around $1.10 to $1.15 after that announcement. $18m/16m shares outstanding.

$50MM $VINE I wasn't sure how to take the $50MM offering - whether that was an existing PPP or a private offering for stock in conjunction with M&A. Either way, current $VINE investors will likely only own 5% of new entity. I do like the company's biz model and they seem to be doing it right. My biggest concern will be discretionary spending tanking with the continued inflation, wars, layoffs, and high interest rates. I think that will slow some of these entertainment venue projects but I still like the model. I will wait to see .financials before considering a LT investment.
