@Captain_Jerk @MooseChuck $TOMDF Moose may be right, 1-in-a-million chance something survives and shares have value some day. I hope with GC gone that he has no idea what is actually happening re: his liquidation comment, and that the trustee will not have a fire sale since he must have an obligation under Israeli law, there also seem to be longer timelines in the law than GC claimed.

@Figgies $TOMDF no clue what the company is truly worth, assume they rented their offices and labs? owned their high tech equipment and furnishings or leased that too? they do have several patents besides Tollovid which likely reverted back to NLC/3CL, those three are intellectual property, but would a pharma company buy them without the knowledgeable staff to demonstrate use? $TOMDF $TOMDF I agree Todos website is gone/down, but MyTollovid site is still up (think that is run by 3CL Pharma). I see nothing anywhere on-line about what happened in the Israeli Court of Insolvency or what if any decision the court-appointed trustee made. I’m assuming it was not a ruling in Todos’ favor, but you’d think it would be posted somewhere. I also agree it appears CEO has run for the hills, but nothing on who replaced him. It seems as part of insolvency there would be published info on liquidation and close out processes, maybe the CFO would run that with no CEO? Anyone have any other info they’ve found?
