$RGBP $RGBPP When is the cut off date for the dividend? Is it close of business on October 16 or October 17? Does $RGBPP also get a dividend or is it just $RGBP?

$RGBP $RGBPP Hey folks! Just a word of caution... People who sell their RGBP or RGBPP shares on or after the dividend record date of October 17th and before the dividend distribution pay date of around November 1st or whatever pay date is announced for that, MAY NOT RECEIVE THEIR DIVIDEND SHARES! Just saying... It may be wise to wait until you actually see your new dividend shares officially delivered and deposited into your brokerage accounts before thinking of selling any of your shares. For me, I wouldn't want to take that chance of not getting some of my dividend shares because I sold some of my holdings before the pay date and then find out later that I no longer qualify for them. So, all I'm saying to everyone is just be careful with that if you care about making sure you receive all those dividend shares you have coming to you. Don't take that chance of losing out in getting them! Best wishes everyone! 🙂🤙🏻🍀

$RGBP $RGBPP With the latest share structure update and with the additional 250k restricted common shares that were added to the OS a couple weeks ago, I thought I would do a new revised estimate for how many common shares there will be after the 1 for 1 dividend is paid out to all shareholders. So, as of 10/14/2024 we have 5,258,235 common shares outstanding and 10,123,771 preferred shares outstanding for a combined total of 15,382,006 of common and preferred shares. And 15,382,006 new common shares will be issued and paid out to all shareholders for the dividend distribution around November 1st. Adding those new common shares to the current common shares OS will bring the new total of 20,640,241 common shares outstanding in the market after the dividend distribution. So when that is completed there will be a little more than twice the number of common shares than preferred shares out there. Best wishes everyone! 🙂🤙🏻🍀

$RGBP $RGBPP Good morning! Just a reminder that the record date is Thursday October 17th for your RGBP and RGBPP holdings to qualify for receiving the RGBP 1 for 1 dividend award. And this is important... For those of you who may still wish to add more shares before the record date, please keep in mind to allow for the one day settlement period when buying shares. So it may be that Wednesday the 16th is actually the last day to purchase shares with the settlement day falling on the 17th. I'm not completely sure if buying shares on the record date of the 17th would qualify for receiving dividend with the settlement date being then on the 18th. So be careful with that! $RGBP $RGBPP Finally got power restored (6:52 pm) after being out for 3 days. The storm made a major mess in the area but fortunately, the Hive fared well, with no damage. LOTS of limbs and leaves all over the yard and in the pool, but just a bit of work. Internet also back on so I can actually function in my office again (I work from home). Thanks to all who asked about the Florida folks! We had our hands full for a while there! BEE Well! Bees Out!! 🐝🐝✌️

Nice spike in volume and price in the first half of the day with probably some dividend buyers coming in and then some day traders sold into the higher BID price in the last half of the day. That's just kind of the way it goes at times with these dividend opportunities. But anyway, it's nice to see the stock can wake up to move to higher ground when prompted to by higher buying volume.
