$RGBP It's interesting... On page 24 of the 10-Q report, the company talks about how many shares have been issued and sold to Coventry. So that gives us an accurate accounting of how many have been sold to date. The total is 661,019 that have been sold through April 3, 2024. And with adding in the additional downpayment commitment shares of 125,000, the total of all shares issued to Coventry is 786,019 to date. And I can't believe I was exactly correct on what our running total was on the share structure update of 4/8/2024. That's nuts! Hehe! 🙂🤙🏻

$RGBP Closing Chart 4/24/2024... $0.74 +.04 +5.71% It's good to see the share price rising and heading higher into the green for a change. I think it relieves pressure on the stock and it helps make a big difference without new shares being sold into the market by Coventry. I'm looking forward to the day when we don't need them anymore. $RGBP I also just wanted to take a moment to talk about the company's current market cap based on today's closing price of 70 cents. So, the current outstanding shares and market cap is 4,167,385 x .70 = $2,917,169. Just a question to everyone... What would it do for our share price and market cap if we got a licensing and financing deal even with a smaller company (it doesn't have to be a big pharma), for upfront cash of say $10,000,000 to help us fund the human clinical trials for HemaXellerate? Just curious about the possibilities and everyone's thoughts on that... 🙂🤙🏻

$RGBP Share Structure Update for Monday 4/22/2024... Good news! No changes to the Outstanding Shares. So that is two straight weeks now that the company has not issued any new common shares to Coventry Enterprises. Perhaps that's a good sign that the company is working on some new "non-dilutive" financing sources with a deal of some kind with another company. We need to get rid of the need for the Coventry equity line. If I recall correctly from a past conference presentation, Dr. Koos said the Coventry loan was just supposed to be a bridge loan to hold us over until we could get better financing from someplace else. I won't hold my breathe quite yet though until we see a new deal actually being done and announced. Hopefully, something comes our way soon for that! Best wishes everyone for 2024! 🙂🤙🏻
