$TENK Prospectus for the merger with Citius Oncology (subsidiary of $CTXR) filed this afternoon. Essentially the same info as the recently amended S-4, I have not seen any significant changes. With the prospectus filing, it appears most of the SEC paperwork with regard to the registration is done. I did notice that they still have not set a date for their shareholder meeting to approve the merger. I'll update this post after I get a chance to review it more in-depth, if I see anything noteworthy. Here is the projected share count of the NewCo. The first table assumes no further redemptions of TENK stock. The second assumes 50% redemptions. The last table assumes 100% redemptions. $CTXR

$TENK Deadline to extend business combination was extended from Apr 18 to May 18. As part of the extension, $CTXR (as designated by TENK's sponsor) deposited $66,667 into TENK's trust account. TENK issued a no-interest promissory note for the same amount to CTXR. $CTXR $TENK 10-K filed. https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/0001851484/000149315224014850/form10-k.htm They currently have 6.65m shares as of Apr 16th. As of Dec 31, they had $72.5m in their trust account. However, after some redemptions in January, their trust account was reduced by $24.9m. Which leaves them with about $47.6m in the trust account. Don't really see anything about a timeline for the merger. Next deadline for them to close is is Apr 18, but they have shareholder permission to extend that deadline, all the way through Nov 18.

$TENK Shareholder meeting this morning. TenX Keane shareholders voted to approve the extension proposal. As a result, TenX will extend their deadline to consummate a business deal with Citius Oncology (currently a subsidiary of $CTXR). Deadline extended from January 18, 2024 to April 18, 2024. If additional time is needed, they can do 7 monthly extensions through November 18, 2024. TenX shareholders were afforded the opportunity to ask questions, but no questions were brought forward. SEC filing to follow with the official meeting results. 8-K due within 4 business days of today's meeting.
