$STGZ Seems to be some action and an actual move to the upside recently. I have been expecting any move to .004 to immediately be dragged to the low .003s or even the .002s per the pattern for the last several months, but it looks like some slow upward trajectory the last week or so without any pullback. Perhaps something is brewing behind the scenes. Lets see if it continues. Be nice if it started to trade near its value at some point again.

$STGZ Stocktwits is bugged on this ticker. Repeatedly showing the ah/pm shooting up to $0.032. 5th time in a month. This is an OTC stock so no pm or ah trading except by market makers and they’re not interested in this pos.

$STGZ Any news on progress of the merger? The fact it hasn't already been abandoned by now like all the other ones shows promise it might actually stick, which I assume is a good thing. Not necessarily good news for stock price as its continuing to die a slow death, but at least there will be some merger news that will finally have follow through.

$STGZ Man .Just went back to all the April and May posts on this and realized how badly the bulk of us misjudged this ticker. I had my reservations then for sure, especially when the price action seemed to decline just before the first merger announcement , but I still had hope that bright days were ahead none-the-less. One failed merger and a buyout announcement later, and we're sitting at 90% down from its peak in April. Here we are, 3 months after this totally crapped the bed, and I am still in shock on how something that seemed so promising got so f'd up.

$STGZ Unfortunately it looks like another dud. I think its three strikes and you're out on this one. OS, float, news, etc.....nothing will bring this stock back unfortunately. Down 44% since the news broke. I think people just lost faith in Tony so they don't care anymore. Too bad. Guess I'll write this off at end the of the year. Only thing its good for now unfortunately.

$STGZ I'll give it a few days before formulating an opinion on the news, but being down almost 40% on day 1 is never a good start or a good sign. This is smelling early an awful lot like the oil/gas merger type reaction to share price. And admittedly, I don't hate what they are doing for their direction of the company. Just doesn't look like anyone else does, again. My biggest worry now is nothing will spark optimism for this stock anymore. And I am not talking about the people who scream 'bullish' every time the stock sinks double digits. I'm speaking to actual optimism where the share price reflects it, not just people posting their thoughts. GLTA. I hope today was just an anomaly.

$STGZ They deleted the twitter account but at the same time, published their most recent filing keeping the stock current. 50/50 Tony is taking a break after two failed LOIs but still keeping the shell clean.

$STGZ Another new 52 low at open. Starting to think this thing is heading for trips by end of July. Only scenario that would make this go up at this point is an actual SIGNED merger. -Tweets about something he is working on won't budge it. Been there done that. -LOI is worthless since it never actually materializes into anything, except in this case a pretty much worthless stock share price. He needs to announce and actual, signed on the dotted line merger to save this and his shareholders. I know people keep touting 'but the float and share structure make this a hidden gem' type hyperbole, but both are meaningless without an ACTUAL merger. Look at the stock price. If float and SS mattered that much we wouldn't be crashing through new lows like the Koolaid man through a brick wall. GLTA. We are going to need it. I hope Tony pulls a rabbit out of his hat.
