$SSFT in case some haven’t noticed, there are a few guys on here who are possibly traders for the big funds, or had inside info, and that also had purchased preferred shares that were immune to the 50,000:1 RS, and who are cocky arrogant ficks who like to stop in once in a while to rub it in retails face. Why? Because that’s what assholes do.

$SSFT My broker said they haven't received payment from the company's exchange agent which is why many of us have not been paid yet. My broker doesn't know who the exchange agent is/was. The company has reformed as Diagnose Early and the former CEO, Make Khanna, is showing on his LinkedIn that he's on a 'career break' since Oct 2023 while he 'focused on helping early stage startups'. 🤨 https://www.linkedin.com/in/mike-khanna-882a6/ We're owed # of shares / 50000 = x, $750*x= payment. Feels like the company has stolen from us until we're able to communicate with their exchange agent and understand why payment has not been sent to our brokers. Can anyone research this information? Reach out to Mike Khanna or other relevant parties? I'm going to try. It's not a lot of money, but it's the principle. And I can't tax loss harvest until my broker is able to send me 1099s showing the loss. Just overall very annoying. Just finish the drill boys!

$SSFT Has anyone here gotten paid the $700 per share buyout price offered from SSFT after the 50,000:1 reverse split?? I’ve called E*trade and they have no info for me. Just called Diagnose Early and there were only 3 options: Receptionist, Sales, and IT support. Each one of those went straight to voice message, but maybe I called too early since it’s in California. What a shit show this turned out to be!
