$SPRU 🤡🤡🤡 Delist this scam/fraud already. The only positive shareholder value they provided this year was firing @gogozydeco

$SPRU HLYN is up 10% today. It has 10 times the marketcap with next to no quarterly earnings. But, the Karno generators potential is massive. What does SPRU offer it's shareholders? The purchase of solar assets that were in default. WOW, so exciting. Buying overpriced assets that were liquidated by a third party. That third party will be handsomely rewarded. Plus, the C-Suite will receive kickbacks to line their pockets and dump the whole thing on retail investors by devaluing the share price. Another reverse split incoming to get rid of retail investors is imminent. This is a crooked PONZI scheme. Nothing more.

$SPRU When do we get the XL payout from the lawsuit? Or did the lawyers take all the money even though they did not lose a dime? Supreme, you’re still here huh?

This "big dummy" @TomC12 LITERALLY SAID: "Not knowing the details, I am sure this will add roughly 75 million dollars in long term debt (to $SPRU)." 🧐 Whaaaaaat?!? How veeery #GAAP of you, @Tomc12! That's EXACTLY how accounting & business works...🤣 Can't even begin to explain the ignorance, if people are unable to see it. But I'll have fun trying anyway: ~ ANYONE willing to take as credible the words of someone that's shown on more than (1) occasion that they're challenged w/ spelling BASIC 3-LETTER WORDS? Or, listen to ANYONE who will literally say: "I DON'T KNOW ANY DETAILS -- BUT I AM SURE"...then throw-out some arbitrary number?!? 😂👌🏼 (...I'm done. Responding to your posts is beginning to detract from the integrity that I've painstakingly built-up, Tom. And I honestly don't mean to insult you. But...could you not make it so easy, at the same time? 😂

$SPRU I know the names here that were in early and are losing the most like myself . Do you think we are insane watching this thing wither away to nothing ? I mean my 200k investment is worth 12k. Total rip job. I only accept it because I did well other places the same year I got in here. Does anyone really think this is going to magically come back due to some sort of seismic shift in the business model ? Acquiring small companies in a flat industry doesn’t sound exciting. I’m sure wall street analysts don’t find it exciting either.

$SPRU If they really buyback only 1,000,000.00 dollars worth of shares a quarter. It will do absolutely nothing for the share price. Also, this indicates desperation on SPRU's part. What do I mean by that? Roughly a year ago, SPRU announced a 50 million dollar buyback which SPRU reneged on. So, cash position is a concern. Especially, since they have an LOI for 10K residential systems. Which, will be more debt to service. Not knowing the details, I am sure this will add roughly 75 million dollars in long term debt. Also, the cash position will take another hit. So net result will be continued share price collapse.

$SPRU This POS dropped, but look at the volume. 180K shares, highest volume in 12 months. At this price, company can buy 436K shares using $1M. I feel Chris's days are numbered now. He is total jerk who has no clue what will drive share price. Some activist will launch another campaign soon.

$SPRU I said 2 dollars yesterday and it's not far from it now. 2 dollars is incoming support. if that breaks then back to penny stock status and another split. This company is run by incompetent bozos. That's the reality. There is no shareholder value and it is not undervalued. SPRU continues to lie and defraud investors.

$SPRU Why so many people down? This is expected every single time. I say they need another president. This one has already taken his money and his shares. We need another one that wants in and knows nothing about running a company.

$SPRU well. The optimism is crazy. I'm in this cause I was greedy and dumb. Lost 300k here holding for nothing. The buisness operations, even with the lack of impairment of goodwill, and legal costs, breaks even BEFORE interest expenses and depreciation...which they add back in adjusted ebitda...which is hilarious because adding those back like they are expenses is Ludacris. Essentially...this business model loses 15 to 22M a qtr. Them buying 10k more units is great. EXCEPT, for the fact that this business model loses model with no path to green. Why no analyst asks that question blows me away. The question being..why do you think increasing the amount of assets under management delivers value if the operating margins are negative on the assets you service currently? Please someone ask. Just wild. Lastly - spru pro...this is the only thing that can save them. And they can't put a pipeline or number or size of deal. And noone asks this question either. This is dead. I lost everything here.

$SPRU he is such a clueless CEO who has no fucking clue why stock is not moving. Someone kicked his ass to do some buybacks. So reluctant to commit even $1M. Also, keeps harping on SprucePro which will have max 1-2 deals in 2025. His days are numbered now.. Yes, it's a great question. I mean, look, I would say this, you heard mentioned in my commentary earlier, the company has issued a share buyback plan. We have agreed to purchase $1,000,000 per quarter pursuant to all underlying rules. So, of course, hopefully that is received as a bullish sentiment. It's difficult to comment on the market, but I think given some of the earlier comments, I think we are just in the starting blocks. I mean, we are so bullish on this business, on the growth prospect, on SPRuSE Pro.

$SPRU Kitchen-sinked the quarter with that goodwill impairment charge. Hopefully the legal expenses are done for’24. We’ll see if this will give Spruce a clean slate for 2025.

$SPRU Few positives - 1. Adding 10000 solar assets. This will add to revenue next year 2. Cash balance is still intact at $150M 3. announced launch of buybacks. Most likely, it will be a negotiated with some large existing holder. Can't really do any in open market with such low volume 4. SprucePro is finally getting commercialized and could get some revenue next year. This is a high margin recurring software revenue 5. With rates going down, it should help with the interest cost on a massive project debt Hate Chris to be the CEO here. Not the right guy to unlock value.

$SPRU New lower high established and now down to 2 dollars. The quarterly was a disaster. Net loss to share holders for the quarter is 53 to 58 million. Buybacks are not going to help at this low volume. SPRU would need to buyback 5 to 10 million shares at least. SPRU is in trouble. They need to get the share price up. If they don't, there will be another reverse split. Since the split SPRU has lost over 50% in it's share price. An 8K has been filed as well and the details will be in the fine print.
