Though $ALLR only has 0.3m shares outstanding, making it a mega low floater, it is running out of cash. They need to carry out an offering asap to keep the business operational and to exceed 1 million shares outstanding, ensuring NASDAQ compliance. $SNPX only has 1.085m shares outstanding (per March 25th), making it a low floater. However, there is no risk of a capital increase needed, because they have around $19m cash, whereas their marketcap is only $5.23m.

@outofthisworld According to its most recent 10-K filing as of December 31, 2023, Synaptogenix reported a cash balance of $28.7 million. Additionally, following a recent reverse split, the Company now has approximately 1,085,333 outstanding shares. --> $SNPX NetCash per share $26.44 per December 31, 2023 Can someone clear that up? How much did they invest in PsygaBio? "No additional funding was made by Synaptogenix with respect to its stake in Cannasoul or PsygaBio."
