$SMME If Hendrick had a utility patent she wouldn't have to produce card . CC companies would be busting door like it was black Friday at Walmart. This ticker would be dollars by now .She doesn't own any technology. Just a design thats hard to enforce in court . Misleading investors claiming she has sole rights to technology. Untrue. As a patent holder this is very upsetting

$SMME Hendricks is trying to use a design patent to try and hijack real utility patents and their functions. She will lose in court if the defendant accused of infringement can prove that there is a utility patent that has at least 1 Claim of biometrics on a card . Think that's an easy one . She doesn't have a strong patent. Her utility patent was only compared to other design patents before approval. Check out yourselves what a joke some design patents are https://patents.google.com/ search her name . Also look at other design patents Cited meaning compared to during examination.

$SMME yes Ms Hendrick Utility patent takes years in court bc they are real patents . Real inventions by real inventors . I know bc I owned one. Its now public. Utility patents are real patents not hair style design patent. During examination of patent design patent will be compared to other design patents not utility. Utility patents have function parts also design that wouldn't be referenced during the design patent application Hendrick Utility patent won't stand a chance in court against big money corp that owns utility patent . Guarantee some biometric Utility patent with card in one of their claims. One claim on any utility patent and Hendricks patent is invalid. Sorry but Hendrick is misrepresenting and omitting facts. Google patent and type her name to take a look at how stupid most design patents are You will question why most are given patent. This is not a design patent for a type of tennis racket or golf club which would be good examples of legitimate design patents.
