@Chickyboy @geegor @HoeBiden420 side bet on the payout? 10-20% holdback is typically the floor $SIOX was going to hold back 50%+ but settled on 20% so I still expect the $0.75 payout $9.00 total target is reasonable of course it could be smaller here $0.25 to $0.50 but ultimately the company still has assets for sale which could increase the value it's unclear sure but no update on $9.00 to $11.00 estimate is positive

@geegor @Chickyboy @HoeBiden420 if you look at the company's language and compare it over time you will probably come to a similar conclusion as me, people just don't read anymore and I've traded these situations before like $SIOX $FRTX and find that people don't understand the dynamics unless the company spells it out super clearly like $SIOX (and companies generally don't understand these situations) like $FRTX and $GHSI hence the revisions

@Chickyboy @HoeBiden420 in the state of Delaware there is a contingency reserve requirement for dissolution which the company has indicated it will holdback throughout the liquidation process. See $GHSI filings, or the $SIOX liquidation recently or $FRTX which is in process still because it didn't get a shareholder vote, etc.

$SIOX This Company was a pump and dump scheme ran by VIVEK, the scam artist. He bought drugs he knew were worthless; which failed clinical trials four times, repackaged it and created Roivant to TRY to get them onto the market! How do you think he made all his money? VIVEK was pushing RVT-101 and bought it for 5MM. They wouldn't sell it for 5MM if it was actually going to work. Be careful guys.

$SIOX I have been out of this stock after getting screwed like everyone else a while ago. Meanwhile i watch the Republican Debate and see the @sshole who stole my money! Ridiculous. Have they even seen how bad this stock has done meanwhile he is flaunted to the nation as a entrepreneur. To me the guy is a crook. I loved everything he had to say but i wouldnt vote for him just by seeing how he funnels money out for himself and screws share holders. Yeah hand this guy the keys to our economy im sure he wont screw me all over again. Imbsick of politics and the fact that crooks like this dont go to jail but instead run for president

Früher oder später wird man eben anhand der großspurigen Äußerungen gemessen und dann wird es dünn für Protagonisten wie den Schornstein und Jens Lion, wenn so gut wie nichts aufgeht. Im Wesentlichen sollte jeder begreifen, wie essenziell es im “No Brainer Club“ ist, über eine langgestreckte Periode hinweg die unterdurchschnittlichen Aktien zu begleiten. Dadurch erhält die zahlende Horde ausreichend Zeit, von Formulierungen wie “Verdreifachung, Verfünffachung“ und ähnlichem zu träumen. Der Schornstein kennt natürlich die jeden Monat potenziell Austrittswilligen und legt dann einen Zahn zu, wenn es darum geht, die Illusion aufrechzuerhalten, was noch alles mit den No Brainer drin ist. Sogar ein “BioBull“ (der meiner Meinung nach ein kritischer und angenehmer Typ war) ist ihnen auf den Leim gegangen. Nachdem er bei $SIOX eine schmerzhafte Erfahrung machte, war für ihn Schluss, obwohl er gerade seine Mitgliedschaft verlängert hatte.
